Went to Dreams Coventry Road Sheldon as I’d bought my bed there a couple of years ago and needed a couple of good pillows. Rang first to check if they had them in store and spoke to a very friendly and helpful lady called Toni who helped me choose the best pillows for me when I arrived in store. She showed me a whole range of firm pillows and let me try them all before purchasing 2. Really helpful and friendly and excellent customer service.

Excellent service from the minute we entered the store to leaving having purchased a new bed, mattress and even the pillow we used to try the recommended mattresses. 2nd time using Dreams and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Great service in store and happy with the mattress

From our experience in the shop at Sheldon to delivery everything went
fine. We were looked after in the branch,offered coffee and shown the best mattress for us on the comfort machine. The guys who delivered our new mattress called us to give us a time for arrivial and also carried it upstairs to the bedroom,even though it was a big effort to get it upstairs.

My wife and I were looking for a new firm bed. I had been in the store perusing a few days beforehand when I first spoke with Toni. It was lovely that Toni greeted my wife and I upon arrival, having remembered me from those few days earlier. Many times, the last thing one wants is an assistant jumping down one's throat with the hard sell. But Toni and her colleagues were all most sincere and allowed us 'space' without intrusion or pressure or indeed without pushing us towards a product that they just wanted to get rid of. Covid measures are an inconvenience all round in my opinion yet needing to be respected, but Toni and her colleagues negotiated that path effortlessly and we were all able to communicate clearly while distanced and masked! I had an idea what we might need which concurred with what Toni advised for me.

Toni was on our wavelength right from the start and knew we meant business to purchase. The store was very well laid out with clear descriptions on each bed and in fact all products. So much choice! It was so easy to negotiate our way around the store and identify the sort of things we were looking for across the whole price range. From a quality perspective, no issues at all.

Having chosen a 'shortlist' of beds, including a doubly expensive one of our own enquiring, Toni recommended trying out the Sleepmatch to be sure. What a brilliant device!! This concurred with our choices and from which we decided on our final selection with much confidence.
So we ordered and paid up with a cup of tea and bought a couple of pillows too!

The service was outstanding from initially walking through the door right up to on-time delivery. First Class. Being a customer service manager myself I should know!

By the way, 3 months later the bed is still superb! Sweeter Dreams!

Good product range to trial inhouse with friendly, knowledgeable and professional sales team. Made buying a bed easy and enjoyable.

I visited the Sheldon store in search of a new mattress. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I found my ideal mattress very quickly, and it was an excellent deal. The communications before delivery were great, the mattress as delivered on time and it was inside my property in seconds. Excellent service all round, I would look no further than Dreams!

Very friendly, knowledgable staff. Stayed with us walking around the store and advised on different mattresses. Also helped with a good insurance cover and mattress protector. We were going to shop around but ended up just going to Dreams because we were looked after so well we bought from there

We ordered 2 beds from Dreams at Sheldon, one 2 drawer double divan and one ottoman type king size. When we ordered in the store we talked about assembly and was assured the beds would be assembled for us on delivery. This morning we received our delivery that came 15 Mins before the allotted time, we had emptied the bedrooms and just needed an extra 10 mins to finish vacuuming the one room. We answered the door and asked the driver to give us 10 mins as we were almost ready but not quite; bearing in mind they were 15 mins earlier than planned. The men wanted to put some boxes in the hallway straight away which my husband agreed to, the driver also explained to my husband that they needed to drop the items as quickly as possible in order to get to their next appointment. We asked about the fitting and was told that we hadn’t got fitting included!!! I called the Sheldon store while the men were still offloading and the girl checked our order and confirmed that fitting had not been added, she advised me to contact Customer Services, she gave me the tel no. I phoned Customer Services, very upset at this point as the delivery men had already left. I spoke to Sharon and explained that we were of the belief that the fitting was included and that I remember saying to the Assistant that served us how pleased I was about the fitting as we would probably struggle putting the beds together and in particular an ottoman one. Reading other reviews it appears that this seems to be an ongoing problem where the store has made false promises.
Sharon in Customer Services checked her system and the soonest we could have the beds fitted was next Monday onwards. I explained to Sharon that not only did we now not have beds to sleep in but that my husband was unable to do the fitting following a recent heart attack. Sharon at Customer Services thankfully understood the situation and went out of her way to try to remedy the problem. She said she would make some enquiries and call me back. After a very short while Sharon did call me back and told me that 2 fitters were going to come out today. I can’t express the gratitude I felt when Sharon told me this, I thanked her and paid the extra needed for the fitting. The fitters called me around 10.30 to say they would be with us at 11am. The fitters arrived and the beds were assembled quickly and all rubbish was taken away.
If it wasn’t for Sharon taking the action she did and having the empathy and understanding that was needed this morning, I don’t know what we would have done. So I’d like to say a great big THANK YOU to Sharon and I hope that Dreams are able to read this message and pass my sincere thanks onto her also. An awful start to the day but all was remedied by the kindness, thoughtfulness and action taken by Sharon in Customer Services. For future buyers please ensure that fitting is definitely included in your order/price so you’re not let down or upset like we were this morning.

Made an online appointment when stores finally opened yesterday (12 April) was greeted by Lou at the Sheldon store in Birmingham. Received excellent customer service, Lou was honest, truthful, friendly and did not push us for any extra sales or protection etc. But because she made us so comfortable instead of just buying two ottoman bedframes (that come with headboards) we ended up also purchasing pillows, mattresses, assembly service and also the mattress protection cover - for which we received two decent anti-allergy waterproof mattress protectors for free!

Their Dreams patented ‘sleepmatic’ (forgot what it’s called)...machine is wonderful!!!! It definitely helped us to decide what mattress and firmness would suit each of us, taking into consideration our sleeping position, posture etc.

From being offered a drink, the sleep machine as well as being able to look around without bother right up to ordering was great. No complaints up to now if delivery goes this well I will be over the moon.
