Very helpful people there, worth going to the shop instead of buying online!

Delivery went like clockwork, mattress is really comfortable

Sales person really helpful and absolutely no pressure to buy. Delivery drivers arrived exactly when they said they would and took the mattress to the bedroom. The mattress itself is really comfy so happy with my purchase and it was in the sale too!

We could not get the mattress that we chose but we were offered an alternative and because of this we were also given a duvet and pillows so we were not too disappointed.

Brilliant F2F customer service. Matt saw my husband and I wondering in the store and laying on every single bed we came across in the hopes that it would please us both. Matt directed us towards their in store virtual bed assessor. Where it measured both our body shape, posture and comfort level to aid us in locating the most suitable mattress!! It was absolutely Amazing and killed so much of our time!

I was greeted with the offer of a drink on the hottest day of the year before any sales advice which was really great the sales lady was polite and friendly and very helpful I wish all shopping was this easy and pleasant

After lots of research online, we’d originally decided to buy a mattress from John Ryan by Design. But as Dreams is 5 minutes away from our house, we decided to pop in and see what was on offer in the sale. We were advised to use their sleepmatch service, which said we needed a firm mattress. We were unsure about this, as we’d always been good with a medium. We tried out a lot of mattresses and whittled it down to 2 Silentnight mattresses-1 firm and 1 medium. We weren’t sure which mattress, or whether to buy from here or John Ryan, so we left to have a think about it. We went back a few days later, to try the mattresses again and with the help of a member of staff, who advised a firm, as this is what sleepmatch had determined. She also told us we could change the mattress to another mattress, within 40 days, which sealed the deal for us, as if we weren’t happy with the mattress we could change it. We paid, chose our delivery date for a few weeks later, as we were going away, and all was ok.
The mattress was delivered on our chosen date and the delivery went well, they put the mattress on our bed for us and gave us any information we needed about airing it out etc.
After sleeping on the mattress for a few nights, my partners back was in agony and he wasn’t sleeping, so I checked online to see how we go about changing the mattress. Reading through the details, I noticed that there would not only be a charge of £49 to change the mattress, if the mattress we wanted to change to was cheaper than the mattress we originally bought, we wouldn’t get the difference back. We were in the store twice, for quite sometime and not once we’re we made aware that there were any costs involved in changing the mattress. As if we were told this, it would have massively influenced our decision of where to buy our mattress. I emailed customer service, who got back to me and said they would waive the £49 charge to change the mattress, which was great. The other mattress we chose in store was cheaper than the one we bought, so we’d lose the difference, but had no choice, so looked online to find the product details so we could get our exchange sorted. The mattress we want to change with is no longer on sale and is now going to cost us another £121! We can’t afford to pay that now as we’d saved up to be able to buy a new mattress. So we’re either stuck with a mattress we can’t sleep on or we have to lose money by getting a cheaper mattress that is of lower quality.
I feel this is a con by Dreams-sell mattresses during the sale with a promise of an exchange, but when the exchange comes you pay £49 to change and then are forced to pay more for a mattress as the sale is no longer on or lose money to then by choosing a cheaper mattress. I wish I’d never stepped foot in Dreams and gone with our original decision to buy from John Ryan by Design. I chose poorly, and I don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake

Visited local store where service and advice was excellent and very personalised. First time I've bought this type of mattress (Tempur) & was a little dubious as to whether it would have any impact on my sleep. It is not what I would have chosen myself, but I took the advice given. And a few weeks later I am so happy with the bed, the mattress & the pillows. I notice it most when I work away & stay in hotel ... I can't wait to get home to my own bed! I sleep so much better, tend to go to bed earlier, just because I know how comfortable I will be there. I used to struggle with neck, back and hip pain, especially first thing in the morning & often relied on pain killers, but mornings now are so much better. I can't believe the difference. It did seem an extravagance at the time of purchase, but now I can see it was well worth it.
