Pleased we had used the bed tracker when we visited the store
Our new bed was delivered and assembled. We were kept informed as to what time our new bed would arrive. It arrived and was assembled without delay. We left it to settle for a couple of days before using. We went for a combination mattress. It was strange to start off with compared to our previous bed but now we have had it for nearly two weeks we are used to it and are pleased with the comfort level.

at aged 90 i was concered about trying the machine
i thought it would be a bit imbarassing but it certainly was not and the sales girl was very thorough in offering to try many matreses so i feel i have made the right decision It has not been delivered yet so the proof of the pudding as they say will be when I receive the matress
But I will admitt the FREE Pillows that I brought home have proved to be a help and my NECK ACHE has improved alot

It is people that who make the brand formidable .. a marketing manager's dream.. these guys were smiley polite friendly and carried my old mattress downstairs for me too.. just to be kind .. I've had the best experience with Dreams in Solihull

Good service
A good product. Excellent help and advice in store, efficient polite and prompt delivery. How I did think an extra £39 to take the mattress upstairs was a little excessive.
