Bed arrived damaged. The delivery guys said they would sort out the issue, but haven’t heard anything. Also emailed and nothing. So left with a broken bed. Do I claim on my insurance or will dreams sort it, I’m not sure.

It was a pleasure to go into the Solihull Dreams bed store the staff there were very helpful with out being pushy. The bed I chose was a Sealy sleep motion with a. PosturePedic Mattress, I am now getting a good nights sleep.The guys who set it up for me did a splendid job.

I needed a new mattress so decided on Dreams and from the store to delivery I'd made the right choice.
The staff were helpful and didn't put any pressure on me to make a sale. The day of delivery I was kept upto date with time of arrival.

We had prior notice of delivery day and time. Everything done quickly, efficiently, respectfully and the men were friendly. A credit to the company.

Was greeted straight away, even offered a drink, and she was super friendly and helpful in helping me choose the right mattress and pillow.

Came to the store in Sollihall a few weeks ago to find a matress. I was seen by Baz he was so helpful and nice. couldn’t recommend enough i will be back to see him when i need more!

Due to not knowing the date of our move, Dreams held everything for us for many months until we could get our items.
The delivery guys were also fantastic and very polite.

From the moment I entered the shop to the delivery of my new mattress I had excellent service. Because I live alone and am elderly I couldn’t bag up the old mattress so two staff members came to do it for me before the delivery later.
I am delighted with my new mattress. I always sleep well but my back is so much better. That is a real bonus.

Both the purchase and delivery processes were seamless.

Date we went in was Thursday 29th of May an when we went in to Dreams in Solihull the member of the team Lauren was very helpful she listened to what we had to say and but us in the wright direction for the wright bed for us.so it's thanks to her we now have a better night's sleep.

The guys who delivered the bed were first class and `I need not have worried about preparing the old bed so rigidly to take away, as they told me in the shop. At 90 I had a job to put the plastic cover given to me in the shop on the bed and fold the base in half and get rope to tie it with and had too travel quite a distance to the shops to get some, non of whom had rope.
The guys who collected it said they would have done all that. The shop even gave me the number of an odd job man whom would have charged me £30.00 to do the job - that was on top of what I paid for taking the old bed away. The shop should get their act together. Also I could not understand the bill. Everything needs to be written in full not in abbreviation. You know what it says but the customer doesn’t. I couldnt see where it says they would take the bed away. I had to ring to see if this was the case then they said. Yes its down there and charged for.

We went into the Dreams Solihull showroom to look at the beds as we were looking to purchase one. The store is very well laid out with lots of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions without giving us the hard sell. I returned to the store the next day to purchase a bed, headboard and mattress. The Manager was more than helpful and gave me the deal of a lifetime. I had looked for the items online and had a good idea of the cost however the Manager gave me a better price in store. He then handed me over to a sales assistant to complete my purchase. He was so helpful and organised the sale and delivery of my items very efficiently. He also gave me a mattress protector and 4 Silentnight pillows at no extra cost. I was extremely happy with the service i received and would definitely recommend this store. I couldn't be happier with my purchases as they are very good quality and very comfortable.
