Can't fault Dreams from when I went into shop to delivery everything was smooth.Mattress is very comfortable no problem adjusting to it.

It was delivered on time and your staff did a good job clearing away the rubbish after speedily building the bed.

We called Into the stockton shop not really knowing what we wanted or what to expect. Charlotte greeted us, was very thorough/polite, answered all our questions and directed us to the mattresses she recommended. Charlotte was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend her - after 2 weeks the mattresses is perfect for us

From choosing the bed and choosing a matress the process was excellent. Only a deposit was required until a confirmed date for delivery was agreed to pay the balance, which I thought was excellent customer service, particularly as the bed lead time was quite long.
The delivery was again extremley efficient with very experienced and careful guys that did the assembly and placed the bed in the required position. I would definately recommend Dreams.

After a very helpful call from Kishan from Dreams customer services I have updated my review to show how in contrast to the Stockton branch Karesborough branch is spotless and extremely helpful.
Here’s my review of Knaresborough.

We recently had an excellent experience at Dreams in Knaresborough and wanted to share our appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Sarah. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Sarah asked if we needed help, and when we mentioned we were just browsing, she let us know we could try any bed and also offered to show us the Sleepmatch machine.

We decided to give it a try, and while the system worked through our requirements, Sarah kindly offered us a drink. Once the results came through, she guided us through the mattresses that suited our needs, explaining the differences in detail and how each type supported the body. Her knowledge was impressive and so helpful as we explored our options.

We were particularly drawn to the Tempur mattresses, and Sarah provided a thorough explanation of why they’re such a great choice. She then introduced us to various base and frame options, including the smart bases with features like raising the head and legs. Initially, we thought they weren’t for us, but once Sarah demonstrated the zero-gravity feature, we were completely won over! The experience was incredible, and we couldn’t imagine sleeping on a flat bed again.

Sarah’s guidance helped us choose the perfect setup: a Tempur frame with two independent bases and the top-of-the-line Tempur mattress. Her expertise, patience, and enthusiasm made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.

This is the old review of Stockton branch. I’m confident Kishan will have these issues dealt with immediately and bring the store up to the high standards of their other branches.

We visited the Stockton branch intending to buy a bed we’d already chosen at a different branch. Unfortunately, the experience was poor from start to finish. The manager ignored us, and while the assistant, Abdul, attempted to help, the Sleepmatch system was uncomfortable to use due to dirty equipment, including the mattress and pillows. His knowledge seemed patchy, and basic customer service like offering a drink was missing.

In contrast, the Knaresborough branch was spotless, the staff (especially Sarah) were knowledgeable, and we were made to feel welcome with great service and even a proper coffee. We ultimately returned there to complete our purchase. If you’re buying a bed, skip Stockton and go to Knaresborough!

Delivery as promised. I was kept informed re this.

PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS, OR YOU STAND TO LOSE A LOT OF MONEY

We chose an electric bed.
Both are disabled,
Mark H said,” what type of bed have you got”?
We told him it was a king size double.
“So is the one you chose, our guys will put it in place, no issues they are experts”.
14/1/25 delivery day.
The delivery guys looked at our stairs and said” your new bed has no chance of going up there” even after I was told it comes in pieces, and it’s a king size like we had before.
We returned to the shop on 14/1/25 hours after a failed delivery.
Trevor L the manager gave us a few choices.
Lend us a roll out floor mattress (dog bed)
Lend to us a, blow up mattress.
We are both disabled.
NOW THE ISSUES START FROM HERE.
When we paid for the bed, we got a till receipt only.
Whilst in the shop on 14/1/25 we received an email at 3.33 pm asking us to read the terms and conditions, ( after they tried to deliver)
The manager said it is all our fault as we had not measured up and read the terms and conditions, which you recieve after they tried to delivery.
THE SCAM OF DREAMS.
We paid £2300.
If you now choose a less expensive bed, you will lose the difference, this is theft
But! In terms and conditions, which you cannot read until after it’s all paid.
£2300, buy a cheaper bed because delivery failed. £1000 for a different bed, they will keep your £1300 change.
We could not have known the terms at all due to how they deliver the terms after the event. I have an email date stamped, later than the delivery slot.
We was told the bed comes in pieces by the sales guy Mark, how are we to know how it is constructed underneath the mattresses.

Drive out of dreams, turn left and stay on Portrack lane, go look at a bed shop called Snug, we did and saved well over £1000.
Staff are superb, and they delivered in 2 days, not 2 months.
Do not trust Dreams, they advertise on TV,
And it is very costly, but easily financed if they are withholding customer money and beds cost 3 times of the beds at Snug.
