Dreams were great from start to finish. Nothing was a problem, all the staff were knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They worked with us to choose our bed which has been exactly what we wanted. We paid for the bed to be built which was worth every penny. The delivery crew were very professional and kept us informed by phone as to exact time of delivery. They built the bed and cleared all rubbish. I can’t recommend Dreams enough. Thank you so much

From selection of our mattress to delivery all l can say is thank you. Abdul was very courteous throughout and explained everything in detail about the mattress we chose. We were well looked after by him so, a big shout out to him. The delivery team were very courteous and careful when delivering the mattress and explained the do's and dont's. Thank you Dream's team

The sales lady Jane in the Portrack lane store was really helpful and not at all pushy and made the whole experience nice and easy. The delivery men also did a great job in taking away our old bed & mattress and setting up the new ones.

The sales associate (Jayne) was incredibly helpful, friendly, funny, warm and welcoming - not only to us, but to our disabled son, who was treated with grace and dignity thoroughout. Jayne managed our expectations and guided us to appropriate choices. She was helpful and professional whilst maintaing a convivial manner. She measured us up with the DreamMatch, offered us a hot drink, was patient with us, greeted us appropriately and made sure we fully understood all terms and coditions, as well as delivery/installation times and costs. Oh, and she gave us a compliamentary kneck pillow that supported the GP Paralympic team. Wonderful.

My score would have been 5 stars. But what lets Dreams down. Advertising “Free Delivery” when that is not strictly true. Had I not read the whopping big notice and challenged this. I would have had to pay.

Bed is great! Delivery on time.
