Excellent experience start to finish
Excellent experience start to finish . From entering the store , chatting with the assistant on our needs, the experience of the mattress imaging, and the choice in store was brilliant . Coupled with this the very good delivery team we will return again in another 7/8 years

Service and products of great quality.
Very happy with both the quality of the service at the Dreams store in Swansea and the delivery team that delivered our new ottoman bed ,headboard, and mattress, and also of the products themselves.
Nothing was too much trouble throughout the purchase process, and the two gentlemen who delivered our purchases did everything in their power to ensure that no damage was done when our old bed was carried out of our home and the new bed was carried up to the first floor for assembly, but sadly the bottom post of the bannister was gouged and splintered by a section of the ottoman base.
Luckily, there are some benefits to living in a new build where the developers are still building houses, so I was able to find someone to repair the damage, and feel it would be unfair to reduce the score from 5 stars as the damage was hardly done on purpose.
Overall, worthy of 5 stars.

Fantastic service from the lady in store and the advice given down to the delivery drivers who delivered our bed.
We are more than satisfied and our new bed and mattress are fantastic ! Sleeping so much better 😄

We have bought our beds from Dreams for many years.
Personal service from Ian.
We thought we knew what we wanted before we arrived. However once we tried the Sleepmatch and tried the options offered a small change in tack.
Prices came well under what I was expecting, bonus.

Sweet Dreams…sweet prices sweet experience
My partner and I went to Sweet Dreams bed shop in St David’s way Llansamlet today looking for a king size mattress
Helpful staff member Andrew was able to show use a good selection of mattresses with some excellent insight product knowledge
Also purchased a rise & recline lovely comfortable chair at a brilliant price so susubstantial saving in comparison to other chairs
Overall brilliant shopping experience I would definitely recommend a visit to check out their products and appreciate the good service

Amazing staff at Dreams in Llansamlet
Had a fantastic experience purchasing a mattress from Dreams in Llansamlet. I initially dealt with Yvonne who went an above and beyond to find me the perfect mattress, which I needed for my back issues. Yvonne gave me a range of options, and was extremely friendly which put me at ease!
When I came back to purchase the mattress I dealt with Ian who again was friendly, knowledgable and made the experience totally stress free.
