Very efficient
Delivery was on time and the delivery crew were extremely accommodating and friendly. They made the delivery, took away my old mattress and the wrapping for my new one. The whole business was done within 5 minutes.

Very helpful team on arrival with good…
Very helpful team on arrival with good knowledge, allowed to browse but had to wait 15minz to use the machine to see what type of mattress was needed due to only 2 employees on and 4 customers. Had a different staff member when ready to purchase and was given different advice. First was told to buy the cheapest mattress as there was a 30 day guarantee and it was better to "trade up" if it wasn't right as there was no refund if we "traded down" on the guarantee. Second person advised to just go expense as that was always best, fortunately had a budget for the expensive and so far so good.

Poor advice and after sales care
My Elderly relatives recently purchased a mattress and divan, and chose to go in store for advice and guidance as my Uncle has Dementia and mobility problems and is partially blind.Following delivery of items, it transpired that the base is too high, causing my uncle to fall and he has been using the spare bedroom since. My Aunty and myself have been in touch with customer services and unfortunately they are happy to replace the mattress but not base, which is the issue and we feel it is not fit for purpose. We have been regular customers for many years and have be happy with the product and the advice given, but unfortunately at our time of need we feel we have been extremely let down by dreams having spent 2,000 which as pensioners we can ill afford, and now the new bed resides in the unused spare room. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RECOMMEND OR USE DREAMS
