A very helpful and successful visit to dreams in Swansea, and a purchase made easy with their recommendations. I would certainly recommend friends to try the sleep pod, it was 3 minutes well spent, and we ended up buying one of the suggestions.

Superb service and all very friendly throughout. The mattress I chose using Dream Match is the most comfortable one I've ever had. Just brilliant.

Great service from the moment I entered the store. Welcomed nicely & with no pressure. Very helpful staff and thoroughly enjoyed the sleepmatch experience. The recommendations were all extremely comfortable and Yvonne had plenty of information to make my decision as simple as possible. Wish I’d visited before as could have saved hours of online research .. there’s nothing like feeling you have a personalised mattress selection!

Awful returns/ refunds procedure.
I bought a divan and mattress in April this year. Delivered in may. By august myself and husband had noticed significant indentation we felt were a sign that the mattress was faulty. We contacted Dreams. It was a month until their assessors Homeserve were able to come out and evaluate this. They agreed that the 4cm dip failed the expected tolerance of up to 2.5 cm and the mattress should be replaced. A week later I had heard nothing from dreams so recontacted them. Apparently they feel that rotating the mattress should magically remove this unacceptable sag and are refusing to refund or replace the mattress. This is in breach of the consumer right act.
Naturally I will be pursuing this complaint.
Do not buy from here unless you feel spending over £1000 every 4 months for a new mattress is acceptable

Visited Dreams store in Swansea retail park to look for a matttress.Tried the electronic bed to assess mattress type.Brilliant piece of kit and does work. We had a very good rep at the store. No pressure sales techniques. No rushing. Just browse, test, ask anything Ended up buying a mattress, a lot more than we intended paying, but we believe its going to be worth every penny.Thank you Dreams.

Visited Dreams in Llansamlet, Sue the sales person was amazing, she showed us all the beds that would suit us and helped us pick the perfect mattress. She explained the offers and ensured we had best value for money. We were even able to take away our free pillows!

Amazing service from Sue in your Llansamlet store in Swansea. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products but never pushy in trying to make a sale. I would recommend this store to all. Counting down the sleeps until my new mattress arrives.
