I enjoyed using the Sleepmatch at Dreams which guided me to the most suitable mattress type for my needs. It was then easy to select between the mattresses on offer.
The staff were welcoming and friendly.

There was nothing great about the shopping event, just a normal day's shopping. Re-search was done on-line of the goods required, then a follow up to the shops to view the products. A decision is made which shop offers the products required and at the right price.

The frame was a bit fiddly to put together, but everything else is fab.

Recently visited a Dreams store to purchase new beds for myself and my 13 year old son. The “bed test” was fun and useful. In store service fantastic - Katie spend a long time with us, was very accommodating and provided great advice!

After leaving the store I realized that the bed frame would not fit in the room so had to amend my order. All staff were excellent - however I felt somewhat limited by their systems and it was frustrating to find that the delivery date may change despite only removing one item from the order (although in the end no change was necessary I had to sit through the explanation 3 times).

Delivery was excellent though again what the systems were telling them did not tie up to what I had been sold in the showroom!

Really pleased with the beds and the customer service throughout - just a few tweaks would have made this a thoroughly pleasurable purchase experience!

The shop staff are very knowledgeable and guide you and help you pick your items the delivery men are very good and helpful

Arrived on time, assembley by delivery team within the hour. Seemless experience. Recommended!!

Things went like clockwork , I was pleased with the item aand delivery!

Delivery was prompt well within the delivery time slot and the delivery guys were polite.
The only concern I had was that one of the delivery men said my old mattress which I paid to have recycled, would be going in the skip! They back tracked their comment when I challenged them!

We found the products we required having failed to obtain these from competitors and received competent advise from the salesperson at the store

Had a new Tadley mattress on the 9th December the next morning I had a strained shoulder which is still painful!
I find the mattress hard and unforgiving very difficult to get comfortable
I am thinking of getting a topper to make the mattress more comfortable
I tried 3 mattress and chose the one which had some give in it this one seems so much harder than the one I chose
Can you suggest anything I can do?

Bed arrived on time glad we went to dream best night sleep I had in a while

We haven’t used the mattress yet as it’s for a guest bedroom. However, the young chap who served us was professional and very knowledgeable on their products, also polite and friendly.
