Friendly, helpful assistance leading me to a decision on a new mattress. Lowered by one star because I wasn't given full information about what I was required to do to return my old mattress.

Bed is better than expected, it's excellent.

There is a 'sleep match' mattress that weighs and measures your contours, this goes with a brief questionnaire which then generated suitable mattresses. There are plenty of staff who are patient and helpful. A good experience. Im glad I went into the shop rather than buy online.

Right from the start the show room staff were helpful without being pushy. We managed to get our bed in the sale which was a bonus. The delivery team phoned in the morning to confirm timings and we also had an email the day before. They were friendly and professional. The only thing I had difficulty with was getting a swatch sent to me and difficult to communicate via email otherwise would fully recommend. Both the bed and mattress are of very good quality, sturdy easy to use and comfortable

Benny was extremely kind, patient, polite and helpful. She was not overly pushy, she was there to offer good advice when I needed her to be.

I received my divan 2 drawer bed and new mattress today on 01/04/25. The pick up and recycle service was excellent. The delivery drivers were very helpful and polite too.

So pleased with our new bed. Great advice in the store - really helped us to make the right choice. The bed is good quality and with the storage underneath, practical.

delivery was good and on time. the lads very nice and informative about care for my new mattress. put my old one in a cover and the big strong lad took it down the stairs and it never touched the sides... little joke their. so thank you all very much. elaine davies
