Mel at the Tunbridge Wells store really helped me - made my job of choosing a new bed so much easier. I really appreciated the fact that your staff didn’t ‘pounce’ on me when I walked in but were friendly and approachable when I asked for help. Bed duly ordered and delivered on agreed date - delivery men were also very helpful and thoughtful and put everything together for me when they really didn’t have to. I’m a 73 year old lady and one of the delivery men said that he would like to think someone would help out an elderly relative of his if necessary. You should be very proud of your staff!

Arrived on time .I did struggle putting them together on my own but did it and my grown up kids said they had the best nights 🌙 sleep ever. So sweet dreams to the Dream team.

Very helpful in store to help me choose the right mattress for me. Only took a few minutes to order and arrange a delivery date.
Delivery was good they were in and out within five minutes, taking my old mattress and switching for the new one. All in all very good service, I would recommend to anyone.

For the first 2 weeks I wasn't sure, as I needed to get used to the mattress, totally different to my old one, but seems nice &comfortable now. 3 weeks on , lovely &comfy. When I went to the shop I was given the Sleep match experience, & was happy with the options I was given. Delivery was quick too.

All Staff were extremely helpful & understanding. It was a pleasure to do business with the Members of Staff we met. We highly commend the Dreams Store Tunbridge Wells.

So much help from salesman in choosing what was best gor me. Delivery went very smoothly and I am delighted with my new mattress. Definitely sleeping better.

Updated: Since then, Tunbridge Wells Store customer service Reece resolved my price difference concern by offering a discount... * All was great in the store. Melissa offered exceptional service. But when I came home and checked prices, I discovered that furniture village sell the same mattress £400 cheaper! That’s a massive price difference. And to be honest, no amount of ‘free’ gifts will cover that. You only get three days to cancel the order, and their price match team takes 5 days to get back to you 🤷‍♀️

The overall purchase process and experience was excellent, particularly Jack in the Tunbridge Wells store. Then the follow up communication and delivery experience as equally good.so far, my feelings about the mattress itself are very satisfactory and the overall price/value good. Time will tell if the purchase deserves 5 stars.
