I went into dreams not knowing the process or what I was looking for except for a bigger bed (I had a single) Immediately I was greeted and went on the machine that picks out the best mattress for you based on how you sleep and where your weight is distributed. This picked out the best mattress straight away which I loved but was a bit too expensive. Laura did an amazing job of taking me through the whole process and showing what mattress would be the best for me and my body. I bought my second fav mattress and a lovely bed frame. It arrived very quickly and I am so so happy with it. I now have a lovely comfy double bed. So so grateful for Laura and the service provided. Thank you!

The service I received was excellent.

From the moment I entered the Tunbridge wells store I was greeted in a friendly manner and offered assistance. I said I was just looking and not sure what I wanted. I felt no pressure to make a decision or even purchase on the same day. When I needed support in making my purchase Dan was so helpful and spent time ensuring I made the right decision for my needs. The store was due to close but at no time did I feel pressured, in fact Dan took time to go through. Various options, research items for quick delivery and encouraged me to use the sleep machine. So glad I did because I am sure I would soon be unhappy with my purchase had I just gone ahead with my usual firm choice. Thanks so much, can’t wait for my new bed! X

Faultless from start to finish the manager was very helpful tried their new machine to find the right matress for me gave me a selection and with help and guidance the right one was chosen, delivery was brilliant very helpful friendly service. Not having uncomfortable nights sleeps anymore very happy.

I was after a mattress for my 16 year son, we visited the Tunbridge wells store and I asked to not overwhelm him, just give a few options to try. He was given the sleep test and then shown 2 only which made it all very easy. Due to a time, I ended up purchasing online that evening.
The mattress is super comfy, he's very pleased.
