I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks now, and the difference is amazing. It’s comfortable, supportive, and helps reduce my back pain. I wake up feeling well-rested every morning, and the quality feels excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and durable mattress

Quick and efficient, had to wait a few weeks for delivery but they found our front door and assembled in the room as agreed.

I recently ordered a bed and mattress from the Dreams store in Tunbridge Wells, the experience was good from start to finish. I dealt with Dan, I visited the store over a few weeks trying to decide what to order. Dan was polite, patient and very helpful. Once I decided what I wanted the ordering process was simple and stress-free.

Delivery was smooth and arrived exactly when expected, with good communication throughout. The delivery team were quick and efficient and took away my old bed and mattress (for which there is a charge), this made the whole process so much easier.
Excellent customer service all round and I am really pleased with the quality of the bed and mattress. I recommend Dreams for a hassle-free experience and great service.

Really appreicated that Dreams did not presure us to buy. The salesman wasfriendly, helpful and knowledgable as well. Mel at the Tunbridge Wells store really helped me - made my job of choosing a new bed so much easier. I really appreciated the fact that your staff didn’t ‘pounce’ on me when I walked in but were friendly and approachable when I asked for help. Bed duly ordered and delivered on agreed date - delivery men were also very helpful and thoughtful and put everything together for me when they really didn’t have to. I’m a 73 year old lady and one of the delivery men said that he would like to think someone would help out an elderly relative of his if necessary. You should be very proud of your staff!
