Extremely great visit to the Dreams store, with the staff being amazing and very friendly. The store staff that dealt with is at the Wellingborough store was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant - all this led to our visit and purchases being so successful.

Our delivery was spot on time, very pleasant delivery men, who put the bed together, very efficiently. It took a few days before we were totally comfortable with the mattress. Now it’s softened up enough to be really comfortable. We are very pleased with this bed.

They gave us al the information about the beds, when we went to choose one.
We are an elderly couple who have moved to an annex in their Son’s home and decided to buy a new bed. We both have Mobility issues and use aids to walk with. We were treated with respect and managed to lie on a couple of beds and both decided on the one we now have installed in our new annex.
We have now slept in it for four nights and find it really comfortable and as the sales assistant explained to us it is soft but supports your body as well.
We have had a good nights sleep.

From initial conversation with Salesman, Gary, no pressure selling very pleasant and helpful, to delivery people a very good straightforward experience. Delivery people kept in touch with 2 hour time slot. Didn't have to wait long. Polite , cheerful and respected our home.

Great choice of mattresses, excellent assistance in store. Delivery on time as planned, with very committed delivery staff.

From start to finish it was made really easy for me.
The man in the shop showed us all the beds and let us lay on them to also find out which mattress suited me better. He was very helpful.
I had my bed delivered exactly a week after I ordered it. The men arrived when they said they would and made my bed up and took everything else away for me.
I would definitely use Dreams again, the customer service was really good.

Well if you like your home in one piece. DONT BUY FROM DREAMS . Damage to stair wall and pulled a curtain hook clean out of the wall damaging wall and wallpaper. Then left without telling anyone. Tried to deal with it with the store and they have deliberately past me from department to department even say they have just emailed me to offer £50 to repaper my stairs and replace the hook . The so called customer service is a total insulting joke . You are a mate whilst buying in the store then you are the enemy so as you have a problem.

Bed is great. Really comfortable. Was delivered as agreed and old bed removed. Very friendly installers.

Shop staff were very knowledgeable on their beds.

Initial sales experience appeared to be good until I found out the sales person had omitted to tell me about the 100 nights sleep guarantee and she forgot to give me the two £149 pillows I had just purchased. I did go back a few days later to buy bed protection covers but - wait for it - they don’t actually sell them. As their 100 nights sleep guarantee stipulates that a protective cover must be used not sure if they have a legal leg to stand on.

I have managed to get some from a more reliable supplier

The electric adjustable beds were delivered and fitted without problem but they didn’t bring the pillows. So I phoned the store and a very unprofessional female who wasn’t the slightest bit interested tried to fob me off. Then she put me onto her male colleague who clearly thought he was the real biz.. Whilst in conversation he just put the phone down.
I then called head office who were very helpful and sent me a letter of authority by email to show the nasty man in store
When I went into the store I said I had come to collect two pillows. He said he could not give them to me as he didn’t have the authority despite me having paid nearly £300 for them.
I gave him the letter from head office but he refused to accept it.
He then called head office who initially said to give them to me but then said I still owed £278.80 (which was the amount of discount I was given at time of purchase). Eventually they did agree that full payment had been made.
The nasty individual reckoned I had taken them with me on the day of the sale, so I said “ check your CCTV “ to which he said that the cameras are fake and do not work. Given there was a bright yellow notice on the wall behind him saying they do work I wondered if lying to customers was a new sales pitch.

I have now made a formal complaint to the managing director - JH - advising of the appalling attitude and lack of professionalism at the Wellingborough store.

Oh, the mattress is not comfortable and I’ve already thrown the pillow out and gone back to a conventional proper pillow.

Havnt slept on bed yet still havnt moved in bit of a building site.I did think you would leave the plastic cover on the bed as you could see what a mess we were in with dust.
