I've always given Drivalia 5 star…
I've always given Drivalia 5 star reviews, mainly due to the friendly helpful staff at Gatwick. Today, I had to use the chat function and Jay (a real person) was incrredibly helpful and sorted out a couple of changes for us. Jay is a huge asset to Drivalia and we will continue to rent from them.

Once I phoned and spoke to the agent Jay Patel it was a dream. Jay got me a substantially cheaper price than what was posted on the website and created my booking efficiently and in super quick time.

Pre-booked a vehicle and waited 45 minutes in the queue, only to be told at the counter that the car I had reserved was no longer available and that they had no alternative vehicles.
There were also people who had already been waiting for 1.5 hours, which is completely unacceptable.

I hopped onto the chatline for Drivalia to ask for some help with the transfer of an overpayment from one rental - to a new one. Regrettably dreading the confusion and difficulty l thought l was going to face.
Quite the contrary! The business had the details all noted in a file, the credit applied, new booking made - in a matter of minutes! Jay you could show a lot of these other bigger businesses a thing or two! Thank you for being so sorted!

Excellent and helpful booking support from Jay
I had a very positive booking experience with Drivalia. Jay was friendly, patient and quick to respond. He provided clear quotes for my requested vehicle and dates, explained the deposit and mileage allowance, and answered my specific question about mile allowance when returning the car early.
