Durian Furniture Reviews

Used to think very highly of durian but a very bad experience overall.
1)The person who came for delivery & installation, was so confused and did many hit & trials while assembling the table. And during this, he drilled holes on the wrong side of the wood, which is outside and visible. Now this is looking extremely bad.
2) The drawer fell off the very next day. The channels used seem to be extremely poor quality. Have raised a complaint 2 days back (thru AI bot) and no one has called so far.
3) The customer care nos provided on the website are useless. You keep calling on those numbers and no one answers.

Ordered an office chair. It arrived 10 days early
It was already assembled and there were no issues while shipping. Happy with the overall experience

I cancelled the Item but amount not refunded till now

Long delivery time. Order tracking feature not working

Good work!! Thanks!! Easy to use website, good phone support when I called to enquire, timely and well packaged delivery. No hassles. Product is over-priced but in times like these... I thought I will go through with buying it from you.The quality of the product DOES NOT disappoint. Thanks!!

I bought Jordan high back chair. The product quality is good but the back height is very less. It is not advisable even for an average height person. Also the head rest is bulging out too much that it does not allow to sit straight. I would rather advise to buy a chair without head rest.

Very slow delivery and poor customer service

No response for the order placed online inspite wrote mail and spoke to customer care. My first purchase itself become bad experience.

Very bad response from your team and that prevents me from placing any further order.

Cheating Business by DURIAN.
I purchased full leather sofa set two years back. Durian delivered me half leather and half fake leather. Now fake leather has started peeling off and tearing off just after one year. For last one year I am complaining but no action.
While buying from Kirti Nagar showroom, Manager had shown me 5 Years guarantee card and stated that all Leather Sofa carries 5 years unconditional replacement guarantee.
Now when I raised complaint, Durian is asking me to pay 2000/ per seat as repair cost.

Cons:
1) The products length cannot be adjusted even for a 5 feet 7 inch person, this is causing pain in the legs and my backpain re-started.
2) Low back rest is not comfortable and resting my legs is causing an issue since the length from seating to the bottom is short.
2) Wrote to customer care but they wrote back stating there is no exchange policy.
3) If the customer is not satisified with the product you people should have atleast an exchange policy.
Pros: The build material is good

Good Product and Service. Delivered before scheduled date.

There is a certain lag in thr the order tracking and delivery status is not smooth

It was delivered on time and ready not required to assemble.
Online customer service representative was very helpful

I ordered a Computer chair. the price was not attractive. after order the order number was wrong in the invoice. No updates provided. i had to call up many numbers to trace it. the helpline is not helpful as it told me send a email as they cant trace the product. its been 10 plus days and there is still no trace of the chair i ordered. i suggest avoid durian website. instead use other sites which are much more efficient.
