Easy As HGV Reviews 

I decided to car go from a car licence to a HGV class C + E license.
From my first initial enquiry with Dylan it was fantastic and has supported me throughout the whole process with
Regular catch up calls and text messages.
Easy As HGV supplied all of the revison materials and with that I have passed every exam and my drivers test on the first attempt.😁
The guys at the training school I went to were brilliant.
I would highly recommend Dylan and his team to anyone considering upgrading their licence.

The whole process was explained and delivered very professionally. The trainers were knowledgeable and professional and practical courses local to me. While I did not use the CV writing services due to finding a local job the whole team at Easy as HGV have been very helpful.

Really good company. Was impressed with communication and it as all been a really easy process. Sometimes frustrating how long you have to wait for test slots and training courses but this isn't really easy as hgv's fault. Really helpful staff every time I called up and I have now passed my test first time.

The Driving instructor was a Bully and was also wanting myself to cover days and hours of training I hadn't received and also was very abusive on the phone on the day I was to begin training. He constantly called me F**king stupid because I was 10 minutes late because my satnav in my car had sent me to the wrong location. He also had signed I had done my reverse parking manoeuvres and signed the certificate I had passed it before I even got behind the wheel. I had to learn all manoeuvres in 15 hours then my Driving test which was on a Wednesday and I had just started on the Monday 12 o'clock or should I say 12.10 and had 4 hours that day and 8 hours Tuesday and then the rest Wednesday morning then my test was 11am that same morning. I eventually got to get behind the wheel after driving for about 45 mins to the training area which was outskirts of Edinburgh. I wasn't shown anything or any controls on the lorry cab and also being used to driving manual vehicles it was an automatic gearbox. I was still getting to grips with the layout of the controls and When I didn't move of from a junction the instructor started being abusive and swearing and shouting and basically saying I was F**king useless and when he says go then I do it straight away regardless. The instructor was ex army and dressed like he was a still in the army . I pulled over and told him that I wasn't standing for his abuse and that he wasn't fit to be a driving instructor with his bad and bullying attitude and no need to shout and swear. After returning home emailed Easy As and was told they were sorry I had a bad experience but there would be no rebooking with another instructor or a different driving school or even part of full refund. Don't Don't book with this Company as when they get your money it's 2 fingers up to you if you have any grievances Bloody Crooks.

Easy as HGV gave me all the correct learning resources to complete my theory tests with confidence. They stayed in contact throughout my training ensuring that I was ready to go in for my test with the correct approach. And provided fantastic driving training I couldn't be happier with them! A special shout out to Dylan who had excellent customer service throughout provided the best knowledgeable information a massive thanks to him.

I was supposed to have a meeting link for the course. Emailed and left phone message in the morning, no one rang me back. Missed the first half hour, so couldn't join. Lady wanted me to.pay another 75.00. This type of service annoys me. I expected a link to be emailed the day before perhaps but no email got to me. This is not accepted by them. It's not in spam either.

Easy As make everything easy, more than helpful and always available to help.

Can’t give Easy As HGV enough credit!!.
I was apprehensive to say the least of whom to reach out too when wanting to acquire my Class 1 HGV License.
I did my research and took a chance on calling these guys….. I was greeted by ERIC whom was just a fantastic guy that talked me through everything I needed to know!. I’ll be honest, it sounded to good to be true but sometimes in life you’ve got to trust your instincts a go with it!. I paid my money and signed up with EAHGV and they guided me every step of the way…… booking my theory….. PASSED!, then booking with the training centre….. PASSED!!
I’m now a Class 1 HGV driver!!.
Infact a BIG Thankyou to ALL the team at EAHGV as not only ERIC but everyone I spoke to were just Top People!!.

Dylan was very helpful from start to finish. Any questions or worries I had he would help and explain everything in detail. Checked in via text and always responded very quickly.

I have found over the last few months applying for my HGV license, that my experience with Easy as HGV has been really helpful. Someone has always being there for me if I had a question I needed answering whether this is on the phone or via email. Easy as HGV have always being quick and knowledgeable about responding to me. They are also really good and check in to see how you are getting on with your tests and training and give any help or tips along the way. I highly recommend using Easy as HGV.

The service from yourselves has been great, I haven't had many questions but any I did have were quickly answered, and everyone I've had contact with has been friendly.

The course by the instructors during the week online using zoom was great the joining instructions were very easy to follow the instructors were very good and very professional explaining all the 35 hrs of training very informative

Terrible experience, really unprofessional. Everything was going well until it was time to actually start learning to drive. Was told to meet instructor at a vague location on a weekend. I showed up nice and early, no sign of instructor. Waited until beyond the time i was due to start, nothing, not even a phone call to suggest he was late or in a different location. Tried ringing iahgv but their office was closed, no out of hours service! Eventually got through to them following Monday and was advised i was at fault and they would have to charge me another thousand pound to arrange the instructor again! Completely unprofessional and as I tried to argue my case, they simply ended communication without providing me with any evidence the instructor had shown up! Refused to refund us anything and treated the situation like a joke. Had to claim our money back through the bank in the end, so at least that was a win!
Went with another company in the end who had heard of eahgv and how awful they are.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company. Do the leg work yourself and you will save yourselves a tone of money and stress if anything goes wrong, because I guarantee, this company will take no responsibility for anything!
