Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. They are without a doubt the most disgraceful company I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.
In February of this year I paid nearly £3,000 to sit my C+E licence which I passed.
In June I decided to pay £1,000 to the company to sit my ADR. So that's £4,000 in total.
However unfortunately the week prior to me starting the course I slipped and suffered a lower back injury which resulted in one my my discs bulging and pressing on my sciatic nerve. I was on crutches to walk, 40mg of diazepam, 120mg of codiene and 1000 mg of naproxen to ease the pain and was signed off with a medical note from the doctor for a month. Being unable to do normal tasks and sit for prolonged periods of time until my back got better. I was told from the doctor I was unable to drive due to the medication.
This ADR course required me to sit for approx 8 hours at a computer followed by a 70 minute drive to the nearest test centre.
After phoning and explaining all this to easyashgv and asking if I can rebook for later in the year as these courses run sporadically throughout the year I was told no. I would just have to lose the money.
Even after emphasizing the gravity of my injury, the fact I wasn't wanting a refund just merely to delay the course for a couple of months until I was fit and no longer under heavy sedation I was still told no.
They did however offer me a discounted rate on paying the course again. Which was £800 instead of £1,000. Wow. Utterly appalling.
I feel my request and current medical situation was more than justifiable enough to delay this course until I was better.
The after care, the support, the customer service is absolutely atrocious. Probably the worse I've ever experienced from a company at nearly 40.
I would like to reiterate I was not looking to cancel the course, nor was I looking for a refund all I was looking for was to delay the course and start it again in a couple of months when I was off all my heavy medication, fit enough to drive and my back was better.
An absolute disgrace of a company. If I could give this company less than 1 star then I would.
Everyone save yourself the time, hassle and money and avoid easyashgv. God forbid real life should happen to you and you can't do something simple like rebook a course and just be expected to lose thousands of pounds. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Even something like a £50 admin fee to change that dates would of been acceptable but no. £1000 gone.

We understand how disappointing this situation has been for you, and we appreciate that you weren’t asking for a refund, only to move your ADR course to a later date. Unfortunately, due to the very short notice of your cancellation, we had already committed to fixed costs associated with your course, including exam registration fees, instructor scheduling, and venue hire. These costs are non-refundable, which is why we were unable to reschedule the course without further payment.
While we completely understand this wasn’t an ideal outcome, we did offer a discounted rebooking fee to help you re-join the course when you’re fit to do so. We’re sorry that this felt unfair, that was certainly not our intention.
Please know that we do review situations like this carefully, and we do our best to be flexible where possible. However, with industry training that requires advance booking and limited availability, late changes can unfortunately carry unavoidable costs.
We’re always open to working with our customers to find a solution where we can, so if you’d like to discuss your options again, we’d be happy to revisit this with you directly.

My test has been cancelled twice due to…
My test has been cancelled twice due to the truck broken down , it has now been 18 days since my training. I still have not heard anything about a 3rd test being booked, I have payed a lot of money for a fast track course and this isn’t what I have received, zero communication , I am now expected to take a test with over 18days not driving I feel like I’m getting set up to fail !

Easiest way to pass HGV Class1
I found them on facebook and give them a call to see what it takes and how much it costs to pass C+E after calling other 6 companies.Spoke with Dylan for about 7 minutes…time that he made all the procedures and steps clear (compared with different companies)and decided to go with them straight away.This was the time that I decided to finish the payment and that 7 minutes was all that I had done for my HGV class 1.The only thing that was left for me was to learn the theory.He made all the applications and appointments that was necessarily.From time to time he whats up me to check my learning progress and offer materials to help me succeed and to check with me my availability for test appointments.He is the main person between “wanting HGV” and “making it real”. Answering questions at any time from the most silly ones to everything that you want to know😊.I successfully pass my HGV CLASS 1 with them from the first try! Very happy I had chosen them…as comparing with some friends that went with different company I didn’t had to do or pay nothing extra apart from £30 the tachograph card😊 and be present at my tests.In 7 weeks I had my driving license 😊

I have volunteered to pay the company over £3000 for C+E and then they refunded me only 10% of the value, just over £300
They did not shared me any terms and conditions before the payment so I was unaware of it

We’d like to clarify that the course was purchased in 2018, and our cancellation policy – including any applicable charges – were clearly outlined in the Terms and Conditions provided at the point of payment. By proceeding, these terms were agreed to.
In 2019, a refund was offered and accepted in accordance with those terms. While we’re sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied, the refund was processed fairly based on the agreement in place.
