Great Customer co-ordinator
Despite woeful construction site management and a seemingly indifference by construction management to the abismal choice of and performance of sub-contractors, roofers in particular, to carry out remedial works the customer co-ordinator Ms.Lynn Murphy proved a saving grace, an absolute jewel who was always polite, efficient and put the customer first whilst affording a kindly understanding for customers experiencing defects in their new build home and persistently chasing sub-contractors with seemingly little support from construction management. Thank you Lynn Murphy!

We came up to see a house for our son…
We came up to see a house for our son his first one we dealt with Rosie wow what can we say from the start she made us feel so welcome and she was so polite any questions we had was answered in a very professional manner and anything she was not sure on she found out the answers for us very quickly.She went through everything we needed to know and the process that my son will go through in buying his new home we can’t thank her enough and our son is so excited and looking forward very much to moving into his first home thank you so much Rosie you have made our son very happy you are a star ❤️

House is fine, but heating is not!
House is fine, but Sharon has now been in the property since February 2025 and the heating doesn't work after 10:30pm. There have now been many, many engineer visits, and every one says it's fixed... and it's not!
I will try to contact Elan HQ one last time, but we're not hopeful.

Just moved into our brand new home at…
Just moved into our brand new home at Tower Gardens where Rosie is the sales executive. She is a true asset to Elan Homes. From our initial enquiry through to final completion, Rosie has provided exceptional customer service, excellent knowledge and is extremely good at her job! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every query we had was answered with great expertise and a huge sense of calm, especially when it looked as if our new home purchase might collapse at the very last minute!
This journey has not been smooth (due to complications within my chain) and there were times when it appeared all was lost, but with her vast experience, Rosie kept it all on track and reassured us with her support at every stage.
With her fabulous personality, very calm demeanor, and huge competency, Rosie is perfect in her role. In fact, if there is an Elan "Employee of the Year" Award, it should go to our Rosie!
I'd also like to thank Marie (the Sales Director), Ken (Site Manager), Steve (the interim Manager), and Chris from EPH for all their kind assistance too. They have all been very helpful.
Our new Elan home is beautiful. Really modern and tasteful. I love everything about it, and it feels like we are living in a five star hotel! I know we are going to enjoy living in it for many years to come. It truly is very special to us.
Snags have been minimal and the teams dealing with them have all been swift to respond and efficient at fixing them. We have found the aftersales service good.
To anyone thinking of purchasing an Elan home, I'd say 'Go for it'. We were unsure at first, but now really glad we took that step. This new home is simply lovely 🏡

Really dodgy company, change contracts after completion. Your land and house are not yours. Contractors mostly are really incompetent and inconsiderate. They don’t do the snagging. Sub standard work. Avoid at all costs

Our new apartment
We moved into our new apartment at the Sidings, Lichfield in September. We love living here and of course some things have needed attention during this intial period. The customer care team appreciates this and is very keen to help us enjoy our new property to the full. Consequently they deal with our problems immediately and the companies they use for repairs etc are obviously well-chosen.
At Christmas a dozen of us on this new development met for mulled wine and mince pies. Everyone expressed their appreciation of customer care and the manner in which problems are sorted!

From start to finish, Elan have made moving easy. We used 'easy move' and it couldn't have been simpler.
Michelle (Oak Grange) has been nothing short incredible, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Our house is perfect, we only have a couple if snags which will be fixed within the week.

I am leaving a 5 star review purely for Dani Evans from customer services. Buying a property from elan has definitely come with many, many challenges. It has taken a lot to find someone from the customer care team who will efficiently help us with our concerns. I have been working with Dani for the last 6 months or so to get our issues smoothed out and she has gone above and beyond to help us and has been extremely supportive and understanding. After many issues being shrugged off, Dani intervened and has helped us to build the home we expected it to be. We really can’t thank Dani enough for her constant communications, support and generosity. So a huge thank you Dani!
