Janet at Elan Homes has been superbly helpful from reservation to now. She is always on hand to answer any questions and nothing is ever too much. We would recommend her profusely.

Over the last 6 months, Rosie has been very patient and knowledgeable - and she has kept me up to date with any information - whilst I considered the development and found the perfect property for me. We looked at a lot of houses when planning to relocate to the area. We kept coming back to Elan homes at Whittingham Fold because it was a lovely small estate with well proportioned houses. However the main reason we chose to buy here is due to the excellent service from Tracy. She was helpful without being pushy and we genuinely felt like she was invested and interested in us as customers. We have never bought a brand new house before, but Tracy has made the experience as painless as possible!

I’ve just moved into my first ever new home in Balmoral Gardens. The whole process was done with Rosie by my side to help me every step of the way. She has gone above and beyond and is always there when I need a rapid answer to anything. I can’t thank Rosie enough.

I love my new home and can’t wait to start this new special journey. I feel more comfortable knowing there is help not far away if I need it. Balmoral Gardens looks lovely and I can’t wait to see it all finished. It’s a perfect walk away from Churchtown and the new Woolen Pig cafe bar in Crossens.

We have now moved in to Balmoral gardens , thank you so much Rosie for your excellent care in moving us in so quick and efficiently nothing is to much trouble for Rosie she goes above and beyond . Elan homes Balmoral gardens is a great place to live in, its in the heart of churchtown Southport.
More than this, we loved interacting and working with the Sales advisor Rosie, who is extremely empathetic to customers needs and queries. She was always happy to jump in for any help we may need for and been very flexible too. It's very rare to find someone like Rosie, always available and she is a great customer Champion.
Her sales director Ken was very good too. They offered us a great deal and some incentives we needed.

Overall they have the best people working for customers, good and transparent sales process.

I highly recommend Elan homes Balmoral Gardens for anyone.

Endless issues. Kelly and Dave has 100% unhelpful with anything. Issues with trying to get help from elan. We keep saying the same things with regards to our issues and snags. it just goes nowhere... Been treated poorly. Our 375k house is in one of the worst conditions according to site snaggers... 1 star.

Tracy has an awesome personality and very personable. She made us feel very welcomed through out the process of purchasing our first home from Elan. Answered all our questions and provided all the needful clarity to issues that enabled us to make the right decision for our family.

Tracey was incredible! Her friendly customer service was beyond what we expected and she was helpful in any way she could be. She went above and beyond for us and tried her very best with us, given some difficulties we had. I would recommend them 100%, even Ken from higher management was accommodating and lovely. Thank you guys so much, we appreciate your help!!

Because of some difficulties resulting from accidentally crossed wires, Elan Customer Care Manager Dani Evans got in touch to resolve things. And Dani (and her colleague Shaun) couldn’t have been more helpful – an object lesson in outstanding customer care, and a credit to Elan.

Went to see the show house today which is absolutely beautiful and after viewing several other properties restored my motivation.

I would like to commend the exceptional customer service provided by Customer Service Manager Danielle Evans at Elan Homes. Since she took over our case and list of issues with our property we finally felt like we were being listened to and some progress was being made in completing the snag list. While this took longer than expected we do recognise the professionalism of Danielle in helping to resolve our issues. This review is not about our overall post sale experience with Elan Homes but directed at our positive experience with our case Manager Danielle. Massive credit and asset to Elan Homes.
