A scam clothing company based out of Shanghai China. They come across as a US based company with a PO Box in CA on their website but you can’t return or exchange any items with sizing inconsistencies, as their website claims. They give you the option to send back for refund but you can’t ship any items over $30 due to customs issues (all of their items are over $30!) DO NOT BUY!

SCAM China-based company selling fraudulent materials, patterns, sizes, and materials don't match website (sizing varies by item, materials say one thing, and when you get it, they're a cheaper polyester, patterns and photos don't mirror the product received). When pressed, they claim you must return it to China at your own expense. Typically, fraudulent or quality issue items are returned at the manufacturers expense, not the consumers.

CAUTION: Barclays Mastercard allowed this company to continue this practice despite my complaints and disputes. I'm still escalating it. Was also charged state tax, despite the item being shipped to a state without tax. When I raised this to company, they said they'd refund me and never did.
Usually items that have quality issues are returned at the manuf. expense, not consumers! BUYER BEWARE. Additionally, you need to ship to China... nowhere on the website does it indicate this as of today. Nor does it say products take 4-6 weeks to receive.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've tried to resolve the issue with them, but I still haven't found a resolution. They lied to the card company (Barclays), claiming they'd corresponded with me when they hadn't. They fabricated communications. I will report them to the relevant US agencies next.

None of the items I ordered were as pictured, horrible quality merchandise. I asked for a full refund and they refused. DO NOT order from this online boutique.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Took several weeks to receive my order. I was short a dress that I was charged for. The quality is along the lines of SHIEN or Temu. Very misleading, because they claim to be a “boutique.” The material of the photos from the website are clearly way better quality than the cheap material I received. Very disappointing. I emailed about the missing dress and was told it was out of stock. That’s fine, but why was I charged for it?!? I asked to be refunded for the missing dress and then received no response! What a rip off!

They should receive ZERO stars! I sent an email to customer service and it came back from either a Chinese or Japanese email. I immediately cancel my order and filed a claim with my credit card!!

Found out today that this company is a scam I'm not sure why they are still allowed to sell anything. I am going to report them to the BBB

Absolute scam. They market themselves as being located in star North Carolina United States. They are from somewhere in China. I kept reaching out to cancel the order because it was gonna take forever to get here and they ignored my emails until they processed my payment and shipped the products. I did not figure out that they were scamming me until the package was stuck in Chicago for two weeks taking it over three weeks to arrive. Their clothes are absolutely nothing like what is posted on this website. They are not a boutique! Their clothes are unwearable and poor quality, everything I received was damaged in some way shape or form.I still don’t know what type of fabric they actually use. There were no tags and no additional information on how they are made or what they are made of. I reached out for a refund because everything I ordered was absolutely ridiculous and poor quality seems coming out everywhere with fabric print looks like it was printed off of a computer with low toner. Completely blurry and pixelated
It looked like it had been sewn by a five year-old. They told me based on the photos I sent, which was a lot – that there was nothing wrong with the items, that they would either give me $30 and I could keep the items or I would have to pay to ship them back to China plus whatever customs fees are on top of that. After escalating it with PayPal, I made no progress and told them that I would accept the $30 refund because I’m not paying to ship them back to China or a customs fee which I don’t even wanna know how much that’s gonna cost, they stopped responding to meany emails ago.Yeah! OK! So basically I lost $100. These clothes aren’t even worth donating either! I’m shocked that they are able to do this and that people out there actually take advantage of people this way. I guess I learned my lesson to shop at bigger legitimate stores or in person from now on. Won’t happen again. Hope it doesn’t happen to you.

The only reason I gave it one star is because there is not an option for a zero or negative!! Ordered in May and still have not received a tracking number. It tells me the customer service email is no good and when they "responded" from FB all they said was "email customer service". Seriously don't know who runs this place but its awful!

Ridiculous shipping. Absolutely zero reason why a small item coming from CA to TX would take 2+ weeks to deliver. This "store" obviously does not depend on repeat business to stay afloat and I can assure you, once will be enough for me. The review is asking for a "date of experience" - they should be asking for a "month of experience" because that is what it will take for me to get the item. To top it off, they sure asked for speedy payment but their shipping is "as slow as molasses in January", to quote my grandmother.

Don’t waste your time. Temu prices are better and the quality is about the same. Fabrics are cheap and sewn badly. The prints are out of focus, bad quality, and look Xeroxed.

The product received does not reflect the quality of item received. it is not as bad as Temu or anything to that extreme but I definitely feel that I over paid. The fabric is inexpensive polyester and the fit does not match the pictures on their website.

Runs extremely small, not worth the money to return it, since I have to pay shipping fee. Plus the fabric of the blouse I ordered was Horrible

A month since I ordered and have yet to see my shipment. No response to email at all.

Completely missed checking this out prior to ordering - MY MISTAKE. Ordered 30items for my USA product store. Tried to cancel the minute I saw the shipping country of china. No response, no phone number, no address given except fake US based address. Never received all items - what I received was nothing like picture and very cheap. Website says reply within 24 hours have sent numerous email no response ever. SCAM. Take your money and sell your info on dark web. Thank goodness I have LifeLock

Save your money! What you see is not what you get. Sizes run very small and customer service is crap! Returns are not returns when you have to pay for the correct size to be shipped to you.
Will never order anything from them again.

This company will try and take your money without sending you a thing. Do NOT run your debit, credit card, Google Pay or PayPal on this site. I had 3 items in the cart. When I proceeded to checkout, my bank card wouldn't accept the purchase. I then tried using PayPal but it wouldn't work either, however there is a pending transaction showing up in my bank account now. Please shut this company down.

Don’t do it!!! Chinese company with a Chinese return address that will cost you $35 from the US. Fabric is super cheap and does not match descriptions. Just stay away. Currently involved in a PayPal dispute to get money back!!!!

My review isn't much different than any of the other ones on here. Do not waste your time or your money or your expectations, the fabric is a lie, and it's cheap. And again, just like everyone else, a return address to China. A promise of a partial refund that I have not seen.

If I could get them a zero review I would. Their size charts are COMPLETELY off and when I tried to return/exchange the 3 items I either had to pay a huge fee to mail them to CHINA or I had to pay an additional $15 per item to get the right size.
They are a complete scam.

This is a fraudulent company. They will take your money through Elodie Boutique or Just Vigors. They are not a real company. Please report on Facebook both companies so that we can get the ads taken down and stop people from losing money.
