This is the wrost business ever! The items are falaely advertised, the items are not made of good quality and the aize chart is completely wrong.
Do not do business with this company. They are refusing to provide me with a return for my mobey back.
Once again do not do business with this place!

I’ve sent several emails regarding the order I received- no response from them. One top I got charged for, I never received. One top the print was digitally printed blurry. Blouses were too small even though I checked size chart. I emailed three times to return the entire order. I got no response at all from them. I would never order again.

I order 4 tops at the size i wear, I even checked their sizing chart. And they were still too small. They don't do returns and they wanted me to buy them again in a large size. Very shady company that doesn't stand behind their product. They won't lady long but I'm sure they'll pop up again under a different name. Don't waste your money. Shop Somewhere else.

I could just ditto everyone’s complaints of it taking forever to receive ordered garments from November. Shipping notifications indicate package was in their local post office for weeks. Now at greater than 6 weeks out I still have not received my package. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand! Will never order from them again.

I placed a 5 item order on 12/3/24.I've recieved one item thus far, it's now 1/13/25. Elodie Boutique hasn't responded to my emails. Please don't shop here!

So this HACK Company has the Audacity to charge $50 per blouse. Their Sizing is SHITaki and the Fabric Quality is SHITaki. I decide it keep one because I cantry and work on my arms so the large I ordered (I am a mid medium build!) will fit but the other DY0909N-Pink / E4-03-02 - with Santas was pathetic - Like a one handed blind child sewed it together!
I wanted to return the other for an XL and simply return the Santa one for a refund. There was NO information about this Crappy Return Policy in their "Returns Information" section. So upon my inquiry per their return policy I started the emil process... And this is what they said!:
Hello, please take a picture of the product you received and send the picture to us. If we do ship you the wrong product, wrong color or wrong sizes, then we will re-ship you the correct one immediately. If the item is correct but just you dont like it, we consider that the return of goods is a bit uneconomical because it is clearly stated in our refund policy that we cannot provide return labels, so we can directly refund you $15 as compensation and then you can keep all your items.

So that being said - They are FULL if it! and i have chosen to donate their SHITaki products to a DUMP and Advise EVERYONE out there - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered a Christmas sweatshirt that in the photo appears to be a cotton crewneck with applique letters. What finally arrived after 6 weeks was a polyester piece of garbage with letters screenprinted on. I guess I should consider myself lucky I even received it at all, because most people have not. But, it's going directly in the trash...

I ordered a Christmas blouse in Nov. They sent me a plain red blouse. I asked for full refund or for correct item to be sent. They offered a $25 refund (I paid over $35). I have asked them repeatedly to refund me the full amount but they refuse to. They said I can return the item at my expense (to China!) for full refund. I have repeatedly asked for full refund or correct item but they no longer respond. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

If I could, I would rate this business as ZERO!!!! I placed an order on December 8, 2024. My purchase was deducted from my account on the 9th. Since December 12th, I have emailed them ten times about when I would receive my order. The responses I received from them were:

The next day, on the 16th, the package was in Woodridge, IL, and has been in this location as of today, January 3rd, 2025.

I placed an order for which the monies were quickly withdrawn from account; however, I have yet to receive item. “Customer service” wrote, “don’t worry…” I am not worried. I am beyond frustrated!!!!!! I requested information repeatedly regarding receiving a refund. The request was completely ignored. Utterly abysmal!!!

I very much wish I would’ve checked reviews before making my purchase. This company is a total fraud/joke. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY FROM THEM. I purchased two items both of which were delivered WEEKS after they were promised. One of the items was nothing like it was pictured on the website and they won’t respond to my emails about making the return. I field a claim through PayPal and the answer was to so for shipping to an address in a country of unknown location. This company is PURE TRASH.

I will not order from this company again! I did receive my order, but two tops were too small. They told me I had to cover the cost of shipping them back, or they would replace the items for $15.00. I agreed, but they never followed through. After several emails and playing cat and mouse with them, I simply gave up. Money down the drain!

I ordered 3 shirts on 11/26 and still have not received my order as of 12/20. I tracked the order and it has been in Woodridge Illinois since 12/11. No signs of it leaving there either!

I ordered 2 shirts in November, a week later when I went to track the shipping, I saw a PayPal error that the purchase didn't go through. I reordered but this time just the shirt I needed for Christmas. A week later I get my monthly statement from PayPal and it shows I was charged for both orders (the one that "didn't" go through and the one that went through.)
I contacted Elodie and they said yes, both orders went through and here is the tracking for the first order.
That tracking came back with the error "Tracking not available." I emailed them again stating I don't think that purchase in "on its way" I think you just charged me for it.
Anyway, I still haven't received either order.

Avoid being sucked in by what the advertise...you will never receive the items and they just aren't what they appear. I disputed the charge with my credit card and moved on.

I ordered Xmas T-shirts 3 weeks ago and I still have not received them . When I emailed , they said my items have been shipped. I still have not received them and no response to several emails about my order.

Ordered multiple shirts and jewelry. Shopping took forever and when received; part of order was missing. Blouses don’t fit; reached out to them several times and no response. Quality is nothing like pictured as well. Will be contacting my ccd company and BBB.

I ordered a pair of booties U.S. size 10, European 41. The booties took for ever to arrive. When they did arrive they were very cheaply made( not at all like the picture), also they are more like a size 8. There is no way I could ever wear. They cost $40.00. I requested a full refund. To do this you have to mail back to China , deal with declaration of value. Plus standing in the post office line at holiday time. I opted to keep them and donate for a flat $15.00 refund( losing $25.00). Please don’t order from this company, you won’t be pleased if you do. They make the website look like a local boutique, very deceptive. We will see if I ever get my $15.00. Not very hopeful.
