Ordered 3 shirts. The package took FOREVER to arrive. And when it finally did one shirt was missing. Also not responsive to attempts to reach out

Do not order from this company!! I ordered many weeks ago and have sent several emails with no response. I’ve told them I want my money back and still nothing! I ordered 3 tops. 2 of which me and my mom were gonna match our tops for a Christmas party. Party has already come and gone.
I finally posted a bad review on their fb ad and got a response saying one top was being sent. (Most of the writing was in Chinese.) BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
At this point, I just want my money back!!!!!

Scam. Take your money and you receive nothing and get no response.

Paid extra for shipping and still haven't received item. Have reached out to company for an eta and they sent some random generate response that didn't make sense. I am tracking via USPS as well and it says awaiting item. I too am disappointed that they claim to be in the US on the website, but have a feeling they they are not. I can't find a phone number anywhere to call them.

Once I receive the item, fingers crossed, I will update my response.

Buyer beware If I could have left a zero rating, I would have. Do not buy from this company. It is cheap made from China. They will not let you return anything unless you want to pay for the cost to return to China not the address they show on their site being in the state of Maine, it is cheap clothing that you cannot return. Buyer beware. Lesson learned.

This company is a complete fraud!! Don’t order from this establishment, item received is nothing like pictured! BEWARE!

Bad! Bad! Bad! Scam! Scam! Scam! Bad fabric, not what I ordered, it was supposed to be sequins, but it’s a PRINT of something that LOOKS LIKE SEQUINS! SHAMEFUL!!!

The garment was not as pictured. Terrible fabric. I contacted customer service for a return and they have ignored me. This is a company from China with fake website. Do not give them your money. I learned the hard way.

Ordered many shirts and a pair of low boots. Boots are basically plastic and foam. No support, not comfortable and terrible feel. All the shirts are cheap and synthetic and often don’t match the online pictures. I tried to initiate a return… website say returns can happen if you reach out within 15 days of delivery. I reached on day 2 and no one has emailed back for 2 weeks. Crappy customer service. There isn’t a phone number only email. So by default I can’t return anything now. Won’t ever order from these Instagram boutiques again. Quality is crap and no customer service and lied about returns! So disappointing.

Do not! I repeat do not order from here. I thought it was a real boutique and the clothes were so cute in the pictures. I ordered 2 Christmas “sweatshirts” for $32 each. When I got them I could tell from a distance it was that cheap ass material. Looks and feels worse than I’ve ever seen…..not sweatshirt material at all! I was so outdone I took them to work to show my coworkers. Just appalling they sold this crap for $32. It wasn’t worth even $5. I also bought a pair of short boots for $38. The picture looked so nice but in reality it is the cheapest disgusting pair of shoes I’ve ever seen. And the smell is horrific! Now I have to try and get my money back for this junk. I’ve seen other reviews saying it’s $30 to ship back to china and it may not make it through customs meaning I won’t get a dime and will lose the $30 shipping I paid plus the $102 for the crap. I’m just so pissed! Good thing I paid on PayPal because Im filing a claim if I don’t get a swift refund! And I’m not sending the shit back for $30! UPDATE:::: this place offered me $50 of the $102 I paid. I went and accepted and counted my loses. I NEVER RECEIVED A DIME!! They then ignored all my responses asking where the $50 was. I contacted PayPal and sent all our emails and told them how this is a scam. Within 3 days I had my $50 refund. Thanks PayPal. I hope PayPal flags this website as a scam.. The clothes are priced high but you can get them same quality on temu for $5. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST. !!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars! This is nothing but a scam. The photos online don’t even resemble the shirts you actually receive. They will not respond to requests for returns. Takes 2 months to receive and the quality is just garbage.

Awful! So I ordered two shirts and two necklaces. They were $98. Got them in and they’re nothing like the photo and Temu quality. The jewelry was in bags with Chinese writing! The shirts don’t even have tags inside ! I have to pay a $25 fee to send them back AND pay shipping to return them. They did say I could take the option and just receive $25 back. No! I want my $93 dollars back! Does that even make sense ? Also, they wanted photos of the items I received for proof. Hello! One of the shirts was supposed to be a blue floral like print. It has blue fox and geese on it !

Ordered a sweatshirt in size medium. It fits like an extra large. The neck line on the sweatshirt was so wide it hung off my shoulders. The picture it was white, it was a dark cream color. Very Poor material. Super disappointing!!!! The item received looked absolutely nothing like the picture.

Do not order from this business. The items are not as pictured. It take a ridiculous amount of time to get your order. If you try to return for a refund you have to send it, which is ok, but they ask you not to send more than $30 due to customs may seize the package and then they will be unable to return the product and send a refund.
I ordered $95 worth of clothes and shoes, which is only a few items. The picture quality is not what you get. What I received was the quality or less than quality of ordering from Temu. If you want cheap stuff for a high price this is your site!! Complete rip off !!!

Placed order on 9/11/2024 and received items 10/26/2024. Fits perfect, color not matching photos shown on website. I won't be purchasing again.

Do not buy from this site. Very poor quality, very poor everything. I ordered the supposed quilted Christmas tree sweatshirt...it's orangy looking with a fabric photo of a quilt attached to the front in the shape of a tree. I wish I had researched this page as I usually do such item but they have the scam over on me big time. And it took month to get here. Tried to tell me it was stuck in Illinois for three weeks. It was coming from some cheaper than Trump place in China in reality. Don't do it. There is not store as shown on the site.

Giving one star is generous. Material is not as pictured. Fabric is horrible. This is a scam. They will not respond to my emails for return.

Ordered x4 blouses. Only x3 delivered and no reply from my email request as to where the fourth blouse was…when I’ll receive it. They claim to be made in USA. Tag clearly states China and the quality is poor. I give high praise to their photographer. The blouses do not look like the photos…cheap fabric.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star! Customer service doesn't exist!! High prices for the product they send! Very poor quality! Any restaurant napkin looks better. They never responded to me!
