I had been searching for the right contractor to change out my flooring for a bit and had spoken to a few different companies. I already knew exactly what I wanted to do and these guys came in at a great price point, worked with my schedule, and worked efficiently to finish quicker than I expected which was great. I love the new floors and appreciate the communication and time!

Empire New Floors To The Rescue
Empire sent out an experience person that put the customer first. Asking questions to see what I was looking in new floors. He did not Pressure me to buy on the spot. He gave me the information I needed to make a decision for new flooring. When I am ready give them a call.

The representative was great
The representative was great, I have worked with him before on other home installations, the installation tech was a bit hesitant on work needed before install, now the actual installation felt a bit rushed, more so after I started placing furniture back, I felt nails and staples throughout, the sharp nail around the windows. I ended up grabbing a hammer and going around the rooms as we have two rooms with same nail issues. Being my work schedule is hectic, I had no choice but to work on it myself.

Today I met one of the best salesmen I've ever encountered! Matthew Niehus was the representative sent by Empire Today upon my request to see some samples, & get prices for redoing my bedroom carpet. He was courteous, helpful, & very knowledgeable. He didn't rush me at all, & he patiently answered my questions. I never felt any pressure to buy the carpet. However, I ended up buying two rooms of carpet, including the closets! The price & quality of the carpet was amazing! I assumed the price was for one room of carpet, but it was actually for two rooms of carpet, plus two closets!! It was a great sale with 70% off, but only on certain carpets. I happened to pick the one on sale. I was concerned about having such a small sample. He showed me an app on my phone that would allow me to see what the whole room would look like with carpet. New technology is amazing! I placed the order today 12/6, & it will be installed on 12/10!! We had used Empire Today 12 years ago, & they were great at that time too!! Thank you for making it so easy & reasonable, Matt! I would highly recommend Matt to other prospective customers!
