Working relationship
There is a good overall working relationship between The Hub and Croydon Asphalt and whilst we have not actually won any new work yet, I am confident this is a matter of time.

Project hub have been a very useful resource to expand our supply chain and we have placed orders with a number of subcontractors put forward by them.

A really bad experience with the…
A really bad experience with the salesman. It was a hard unethical sell and he was rude at the end of the call when I told him I was no prepared to part with up front money for the chance to bid on a contract.

We've personally, had a great experience with Enhanced BDM and couldn't fault the effort they put in to helping sub-contractors like us. They've set us on our way to pricing for much larger Main Contractors - which we've previously found difficult to get our foot in the door with! Having joined a little over a year ago we've recently renewed and managed to upgrade to the Advanced package to help receive a more in depth service from the guys and further feedback, which we wanted, from the Hub. As a whole, I couldn't fault the service we have received and have recommended to a few other tradesmen/women I know in my local area who have wanted to, over the last few months, expand.

As an interior fit out company
As an interior fit out company, focusing primarily on Offices, we do get periods of the year where work is quiet - due to the type of work we specialise in. We joined Enhanced back in September 2017 with the outlook to find fit out projects that we were not in the loop with. Within the first three months we managed to secure a fit out job in Liverpool - for a large overhaul to an office block with a well known Main Contractor. The overall project scheme was in excess of £3M - so one that we were extremely pleased to have secured early on. Now we are approaching renewal for September 2018 we have since managed secure another 3 projects (in various locations of the UK) - with this we have managed to pay for the service for a number of years and we are extremely greatful for the effort that has been put in by both Enhanced BDM and the Project Hub with sourcing these connections for us!

Project Hub
Upon signing up to Project Hub we received a number of live tenders every week. Not only was this exciting but very rewarding. In addition to this Project Hub have some amazing staff. One of which has been very helpful and accommodating. Anna Basset must call me at least once or twice every day to check in and make sure that I am happy with the service and to give assistance wherever needed.her people skills and general want to help is one of many qualities I look for in a company and an individual. If all the employees were like Anna I can see the company being very successful.
