Very professional at every stage
Joined end of 2017. Main reason was to try and secure more work for 2018 as our books were looking a little empty. I was recommended to Enhanced BDM by an ex co-workerwho had recently been contacted by them, but unfortunately it wasn't something they wanted to proceed with. We then approached eBDM to see how they could help us with the outlook we wanted to achieve and since we've had a good experience with the team down there. Any concerns about a project we have - we know we can rely on the PH or our BDM rep. The service we've received has been second to none and we can't complain.

They were very helpful in sourcing subcontractors for a project that is not normally within our area of works. I sent them some specifics about the project & what I required and they managed to put me in contact with some very good subcontractors who are now members of our supply chain

I can not tell you how mis-sold this…
I can not tell you how mis-sold this service was from EBDM, do not do business with them. They promised us local work and only ever used us a a pricing tool or gave us work far too big for us to quote (out of the area we specified). STAY WELL CLEAR. THEY GAVE US NO BUSINESS! We paid £5k for nothing and now they are trying to make us renew as we didn't cancel it when I had sent them numerous emails. My manager has told me he will send me to the debt recovery department so no discussion as yet.

Money well spent
We engaged Enhanced BDM to develop new leads for our young business and as you'd expect with any new partnership there were a couple of teething problems whilst we established working areas and the like, however, Steve P, our BDM, has been a great conduit between our potential new clients and us.
We have had a variety of enquiries from across the sector which has enabled us to showcase the services we offer, tailored to clients within that specific discipline.
There are times when it is quiet on the enquiry front, but Steve P is always at the end of the phone to chase up potential leads as and when they come in.
The leads that we are provided have been customised to suit our work area, preferred project size and target clientele. We secured our first Enhanced BDM sourced project within 4 months of appointing them.
All in all this has been a positive experience for us, and a benefit to our business.

All feedback is duly noted and acted upon.
In answer to some points raised:
- We do not guarantee what you will win from the service, but I note that you were provided with 70 Projects to price from our clients over the last 12 months.
- You are correct that the contract your company signed required 60 days’ written notice before your renewal date, and we would point out that we ensure you are fully aware of this before signing your contract, as this is in the body of the contract, in capital letters in the T & Cs, and you are informed verbally in the legal statement read before signing. You therefore have a full 10 months to cancel your contract if you do not wish to renew.
