I have purchased a number of items from Ertech over the last couple of years & always have had a good experience with them. I have had an issue with an hikvision ax pro alarm last week which I purchased from them 2 years ago. I was put in touch with Jimmy who helped me sort the issue over a couple of days. Eric was very helpful and made me feel at ease with my order for my HikVision cameras I was unsure what I needed and he guided me through with all the questions he asked for my property’s needs and he recommended what was good to use.
I would 100 percent recommend using Ertech very helpful and quick would trust them again for security cameras.

I've been dealing with Ertech for years and have never had any issues. I’ve only had 1 faulty camera in all the time I’ve been dealing with Ertech, and Erika has dealt with this issue very efficiently and swiftly. If only all customer service was this good. Highly recommended!

I recently bought a Hikvision PTZ from ErTech.
They matched the best quote I had and dispatched the camera promptly. I found the telephone service friendly and helpful, both when ordering and when asking a technical question once I had fitted the camera and was struggling to identify it on a different subnet.

Have purchased multiple times from this company, have given me advice on the phone previously to ensure I had the right product - no complaints this time, speedy delivery 10/10

update 20/9/23. so after they failed to refund the money they owed me and promised to refund but failed to refund after 6 months, they then started harassing me with blasphemous text messages despite requests to stop. and then they left a review on google for my business even though they never used any of my products or services! completely dishonest company with absolutely no clue what customer service is.

Manny thanks to Erika, she made the whole process of purchasing a complex door entry and CCTV system for a very difficult client a total breeze. I look forward to working with you again,
