Ordered a black Hilook cctv camera which was not available. Updating me on problem and switching to a white camera was efficient and effortless and goods delivered next day.

Yesterday l phoned them replacing a cable that connected in a hikvision CCTV camera.The gentleman asked me to send him some pictures via WhatsApp which l did
However he did not have the cable as it supplied with the camera.He them said l could repair the cable and found a link on Amazon that sold the necessary repair kit.He even took the trouble and time to see if they had a broken camera with the correct lead to no avail.
There no possible profit for this business from my enquiry but he still went out of his way to help me.
This company will be my first port of call when l replace my CCTV cameras.

We have been using ERTECH for years now and we are very happy with their service and product availability. They have stock of almost all hikvision lines. We often pick up items on the same day. Unbeatle trade prices. Highly reccomended to all installers. We also get our VASP rebates from ERTECH since they are authorised distributors from Hikvision

I have bought multiple Hikvision cameras and an NVR from them, usually going online and using their chat first for advice and clarification. Chat has been answered quickly and advice knowledgable and clear. Buying experience good, and delivery quick.

I bought a number of CCTV cameras and DVR to the value of over £3k. Everything went smoothly with the order, delivery etc. I've marked them down based on the follow up experience. When a camera was faulty and I contacted Ertech to query about how to claim a replacement / repair under the advertised warranty, I did not even seem to justify the courtesy of a reply which was disappointing to say the least.
