Very good communication, fast shipping, reliable webshop. My only gripe is about the quality. The product I received looked slightly different from the photos, but in the end worked with my watch.

Prodotto non adatto non rimborsano le spese di spedizione
Ho ordinato un cinturino per mio IWC Aquatimer. Il modello pubblicizzato nel loro sito era proprio il mio. Avevo già acquistato ad un prezzo molto inferiore lo stesso prodotto su Alibaba ma non era adatto. Pensando che arrivando dagli USA fosse diverso e rispondente a quanto pubblicizzato l ho acquistato. DELUSIONE Il prodotto era lo stesso di quello cinese. Poiché ho allegato alla mail di reclamo le fotografie dell originale e del loro cinturino da cui era evidente come la flangia di attacco fosse diversa rendendo inutilizzabile il pezzo ho chiesto il rimborso anche delle spese di spedizione pagate. Non le hanno rimborsate. 20 usd buttati via come tanto tempo per avere un prodotto apparentemente USA ma in realtà cinese. Solo che quello cinese costa molto meno.

The listing clearly stated what model watch this product would work on. Does not work on all IWC models. This is why we have full sizing and models mentioned online. You can mail it back for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Ordered two links for a neo-vintage…
Ordered two links for a neo-vintage Submariner 16610 watch band. Received them around 6 weeks later, and the links were exactly as described. Perfect & authentic presentation, at a fraction of the price of what second-hand Rolex 16610 links would've cost. Very happy with the end product supplied.

Absolute garbage products and service
Ordered a bezel insert for a Rolex 16610. The insert does not fit at all. It was no problem removing and installing the original insert but somehow they claimed that it was «impossibel» that the the replacement didn’t fit. Zero refund. Recommend you stay clear

Very bad experience with them, avoid their store!
Although the tracking info says it was delivered I never received my shipment and the seller was totally unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered.
I lost my money there!

Tracking number provided clearly shows delivery to the address given to us at checkout. Not only did it show delivery it was signed by the customer.

Checked out there ebay store too and they have over 30,000+ positive feedback. So they are reputable, must of been just one of those customers "wes". Companies do make mistakes.
