Incredible experience
The staff at Family Nation were so quick to reply to my concerns and so friendly! Annnd the shipping speed was incredible- Italy to California in only a few days!!! If I could order everything from them, I absolutely would. Looking forward to ordering from them again :)

Ordered some placemats and got these, but they were much bigger than in description and so I could not use them on the portable table for my little one. Explained my complaint and got my money back without having to send the items back. Very understanding customer service.
