Martin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable making the booking experience easy.

This was the first booking with Florida4 less so unsure what to expect. But we were pleasantly surprised, all went smoothly got all the vouchers in advance no problems exchanging these. Had a great time thank you Florida4 less we would highly recommend and excellent value for money

And we are left feeling disappointed and frustrated and they have fob us off
We had a disgusting villa that they put us in for nearly 8 days

we sent pictures and trust me it was terrible.

I had my two autistic grandchildren with we couldn’t even sit outside because the furniture was dangerous to sit on .

The pictures they sent us of the villa before we booked it looked amazing.

we found out later. Those pictures were 10 years old. .

We come back to England on the 10th of October we’ve complained to them and all. They keep saying is that they have 28 days to contact the people in Florida who rent the villa to them ?

we’ve asked them to refund us the eight days that we had to stay in that terrible villa but still no compensation and they fob us off every time we email them.

If you book with this company be prepared they are very friendly over the phone while they’re taking your money but as soon as you have a problem and as soon as you try and get some of your money back that they took they don’t wanna know, they’re very rude and they make all the excuses under the Sun not to pay you

it has just been over 28 days now and we still have had nothing back from them They keep saying that they have to contact the villa people in Florida,

but they’re the people we bought the holiday with they’re the people that sold us the villa why do they have to contact other people in Florida and they should be refunding our money?
They’re making us feel like it’s our fault and that we’re the nuisance by complaining to them

but the end of the day this holiday cost me nearly £9000 my two autistic grandchildren their first holiday to Florida to see Disney we spent two days of them crying and then the rest of it waiting to be moved from the dirty villa to a different villa .

We had to waste a whole day of packing all that stuff up and moving from the dirty broken down villa to a different one they ,

had taken no responsibility that it’s them as a company has sold us this villa .

I know people write stuff saying the customer service is great and John is great and everybody is great but yes it’s great until you have a problem we’ve had and then they don’t wanna know. They just treat you like you’re a nuisance. Please be wary of this company

And we have just read the reply and the time frame is a load of rubbish your company was good enough to take our money and leave us in a poor dirty villa for 8 days British airway would have resolved this matter immediately so please do not tell me your not rude the length of time is disgraceful as a company which I had sent you all pictures of this terrible villa you. Should have refunded my money I will keep this post update

Used Florida4less for the first time . Like some other reviewers we were a bit unsure .
Booking was very straightforward . Communication was great throughout and there was no problem when we asked questions .
All tickets and hotel bookings sent just before we went .
Just got back from Florida , was seamless .
We would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Martin and John were fantastic during the whole process , there are a couple of people who answer the phones who border on sarcastic but all in all , great company , all went well for our family holiday . Would definately recommend.

I have used florida4less for many years now, never any issues, everything you need, they take care of. I have 100% peace of mind when booking my holidays.

Be very wary of this. On my booking there was NO mention of payable resort fees on arrival to the accommodation booked. Nothing was listed on their site for the property that I chose. When checking in, I got stung for an extra $300 each room (£275) which meant cancelling some day trips planned.
Florida4less very unhelpful at sorting this out.

Very quick to take your money, but not to give anything back.

I was a bit dubious about booking with these guys as I hadn’t heard of them before, but thought I’d go ahead after getting a brilliant quote and that was booking 21 months in advance.
They have been nothing but helpful from start to finish, and always get back in touch when they promise too

This was my third time booking with Florida4Less, and once again I received excellent service. I contacted Martin to arrange a Half Term break for one week in Florida, including flights, car hire, and a villa. Martin carefully listened to our requirements and found ideal flights from Manchester Airport directly to Florida. He reassured us that Aer Lingus, despite offering only Economy and First Class services, is not a budget airline and would provide a comfortable experience — which gave us confidence in the booking.
Martin managed to put together a package that suited our needs, and when we later discovered that the villa location was not ideal after reading online reviews, he was happy to make the necessary changes without any difficulty. This level of flexibility and customer care is exactly why I keep coming back to Florida4Less.
Martin also took the time to explain practical details such as toll road requirements and ESTA applications, which made preparing for our trip much easier.
I would highly recommend Florida4Less to anyone planning a holiday in Florida. As part of the Co-operative Travel group, they provide peace of mind, excellent customer service, and a personal touch that takes the stress out of holiday planning.

How good it is to talk to staff on phone that know exactly what you want and do great job getting it for you. So yes 6 adults and 1 child we booked today plus will be adding others on soon to the booking from other families.

We booked 3 weeks in Florida with a party of 10. I obviously did lots of research in advance and got quotes from many companies-Florida4less were cheaper than any of the competitors. I was concerned that I may have been risking the quality of service given the price difference- this was absolutely not the case- we stayed in an incredible Villa in Highlands reserve (research it if you can- would go back in a heartbeat!) which was perfect for our group. F4L recommended this to us and it was spot on! The advice we were given around park tickets was perfect too (we had 14 day Disney and universal parks, we booked epic as an additional day). Our car rental service was also excellent.

My only word of warning is that F4L are reluctant to send quotes in emails. Presumably this is so they don’t get price matched and undercut. This was a bit disconcerting, however be assured that once booked, everything was absolutely perfect and their communication and customer service was exemplary- if you experience similar at the enquiry stage don’t be put off! These guys are reputable and reliable.

The highest endorsement is that we will be booking with them again! Great holiday, great service and cheaper than anyone else I found!

Graham and John were really knowledgable and helpful. They got straight to what we wanted always got back to us quickly but never pestered us. Was a good experience booking!

Some very good agents, when speaking over the phone . Always gave the information we asked for. Very happy with all aspects of booking this holiday. I have recommended this company to a few people. Will definitely keep doing that for friends and family.

We’re now back from the most amazing trip to Florida. We booked with Jon at Florida4Less and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jon was very helpful and always very quick to respond to any questions we had.

He wouldn't refund my holiday and now £500 out of pocket as he was £3k more expensive than virgin

I have used Florida4Less for all my personal and business travel for many years. Jon has been thoroughly helpful whatever my requirements and could not recommend him and his team any more!

I was looking at booking with Florida4less but sat rather nervous on a few issues
1. Asked for my quote to be emailed but adamantly refused. Why!!
2. Would only send an itinerary on a deposit paid.
3. Website that cannot give you a detailed quote
Has others had this experience little nervous in booking even though the price is really good

Just returned from a 3week florida holiday of a life time.
2nd time used florida 4 less and the second time that everything has been nothing short of amazing.
Done a 3 part holiday, 11nights at Disney, 3 nights at universal and a week with a villa and car.
Everything was so seamless and well planned. Literally had nothing to do myself. All was taken care of.
Even down to the arrangements of where to collect the car, to dropping it back at the airport on return home.
There isn't another company I would even consider booking florida with.
