Purchased online, and had been packaged so well it arrived intact. item is exactly as advertised (tall shoe cabinet) extremely well made, what’s more the build instructions were easily followed.
Can’t fault this purchase from order to delivery. The courier was outstanding as mentioned in a previous review 5*

Don’t bother ringing them the phone is always switched off, delivery was over 2 months, not good communication, no compensation for the wait time said week of 15th June then said by the 3rd /4th July and it didn’t come until 8th July when I ordered on the 18th May and estimated delivery was 28th May wouldn’t think it would then arrive in July when you pay over £250 for something you don’t expect to be so messed around and no compensation for it either had to chase them via email for updates only when I opened a PayPal case it was finally sent out that day and delivered the next day….

Ordered a hallway wardrobe on 16 May…
Ordered a hallway wardrobe on 16 May and was supposed to receive it at the end of May. Only received it on 5 July and the excuse was that this is due to ongoing disruptions affecting key shipping lanes in the Middle East, which has impacted supply timelines globally. I don’t believe this was true - this seems like a strategy to get money in advance then procure the furniture. When I asked for my money back as I could get this faster somewhere else, I was told that they cannot cancel this order as per their return policy which states an order which has been reserved for you cannot be cancelled once 7 days have passed since it was placed. Lies again.
When the wardrobe finally arrived, this is actually good quality, however beware that the assembling instructions are very unclear and parts are not labelled so prepare for a huge headache.

To provide some context regarding the timeline, global shipping routes have faced unprecedented disruptions due to the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, which severely delayed the transit of components coming from the Far East. We did our best to monitor these external delays and proactively update all affected customers as we received new timelines from our freight forwarders.
Regarding the labeling of the parts: we completely understand how labels can be helpful during assembly. However, because our furniture is manufactured in European factories, it is standard industry practice not to place individual stickers or labels on every component. Instead, the detailed, step-by-step assembly guide is designed to help identify the pieces by their specific dimensions and pre-drilled holes.
We always want to ensure our customers can successfully build their furniture. If you are still working on the assembly and having trouble identifying any pieces, please contact our support team —we would be more than happy to guide you through the manual step-by-step.

Lovely units
I bought 2 units from furnicomp rather than through b&q so much cheaper! Yes I was waiting quite along time for delivery, but I did have 3 emails during my wait, which kept my mind at ease that it was going to be delivered, I had a text with delivery date which I couldn’t do, so I emailed and I got a phone call the next day, we made a plan for the delivery for the original delivery date, I got a text and phone call on delivery day and they came really early which was great as I was still in! Units are great! Put them up on my own and I’m not an expert it took 1 half hours each one, delivery guy was also a nice guy, I think the delivery guys get a bad rep on here, he carried 4 boxes to my door, then one by one I put them into my house, I’m happy with my order thank you ☺️

They are a scam
They are a scam. If I can give them a rating of less than 1, I would do that.
I had placed an order on 3rd April and today is 1st July and my order is still not delivered.
At the time of purchased, I was told that the item will be delivered in 6-8 weeks and now 13 weeks have passed without any communication.
No one picks up their phone number and the voicemail is full.
Their website shows Trustpilot rating of 4.9 however the reality is totally different.

The Refund: When your order was finally ready for delivery, you made the decision to cancel. We honoured this immediately, and you have already been refunded in full.
Website Reviews: Our website features verified reviews directly from our own customers. It does not state anywhere that it is linked to Trustpilot.

Universal Multi-use white gloss tall cabinate
Good delivery time, just what I wanted, plenty of adjustable shelving. Sturdy build apart from the usual cardboard back that all modern units seem to have. Took my reluctant husband about 2 hrs to build, he says built worse & it wasn't too bad to put together- he just hates doing it. I would buy again if in the long term it lasts- I have only had it a week.

Lots of reworking required
Firstly, one of the drawer sides had been machined incorrectly so required a lot of reworking.
Secondly, the rear board was only half the size of the cabinet so I had to cut and fix a second piece from my own stock.
Overall, quality control was just not there.
