Possibly the worst customer service I have encountered. Ordered a product 6 weeks ago, to receive an email soon after stating there was no stock and delivery would be 4 weeks later. That time came and went with no further update. After an email to the CS team I was told no stock had been delivered and they would contact the factory for an update. Another few days passed and I sent a chaser email, to be told the stock wouldn’t now be ready until end August. 3 months after I ordered and paid. They asked me to take a different colour, which is not an option, or take a 10% discount. Alternatively they would refund. I asked for a refund. Roll on another 3 days and I’ve heard nothing. They have been given one final chance to refund before I contact my bank to take action. I would never use nor recommend this company again. Worth noting the product I ordered is still actively being promoted on social media!

A had no problems with this company.The unit is perfect I actually used a wrong screw that resulted in damage. I emailed them and ask for a replacement drawer front that i would pay for and I got sent one for free.perfect Happy customers would defo buy again.One thing I would say is more communication emails.

Ordered two side boards and they are lovely! Easy to put together and very sturdy.

Their website is not an accurate indicator of what stock they csn actually get ! Be very wary handing over your money. Ordered the bed i found , paid first installment using clearpay scheme i then got an email a week later saying the bed advertised on their website that id paid for wasnt now available and they sent me a link of a similar bed i accepted their offer thinking theyd offered me an alternative as a way of apology and the cheeky so n so’s wanted me to pay £200 more … absolute cowboys .. still not hesrd anything about my refund.. **update … i got my refund.

The delivery was a day behind their promise, which is completely acceptable because of bank holiday. The customer service responded quickly and provided me a full visibility of what was happening, which is a huge plus. Although not the fault of FurniComp, it is worth mentioning that the delivery company drops the fairly-heavy (31kg) cabinet just at the entrance of my apartment so I need to lift it few floors up, which is not a pleasure experience.

The cabinet looks idential to the photo, but I would not say it is the best quality though. For example, two of the boards slightly teared at the edge. The top and side boards won't come together without the screw come out of place. Most weirdly, two of the five screws that hold the foot onto the foot board, are too long that they are 'drilled' through the other side of the foot board.

Excellent condition wardrobes, quality materials, very pleased with our order and service, great helpful delivery men who went the extra mile.

From our first contact with Furnicomp, Mustafa was very helpful and always replied to our emails and returned our calls. We spent a while searching on line for a white gloss sideboard, so many to choose from, settled on this product.
It was delivered by a helpful and friendly driver. The item was packed very well, so was damage free.
The finish quality was outstanding and now it is assembled, you would not know it was a flat pack product.
Very good value for money. In stores I have seen similar for three times the price. Would buy from this company again.

I brought 2 items from Furnicomp they arrived very quickly had a few Damaged pieces when arrived got in touch with Mustafa and his team and they replaced the Damaged items within a few days .. very helpful service and yes very happy now the furniture is of very good quality well made and it looks like it will be very sturdy once put together .. I have been waiting for a refund of an item I bought and realised size wouldn’t fit, asked to cancel more than 10 days ago and they won’t return my money.

Amazing furniture. Very good quality

Ordered a tall lorenzo cabinet which is very pretty and overall decently solid, although the mirror reflection is a bit distorted from further away (unnoticeable if you're standing a couple meters away though). Delivery a bit slow but I knew in advance so no issues there. The real issue is that building the thing took probably 4 hours, and is not straightforward at all. All screws etc come in a single bag, and it has separate sets of screws that are 15, 16 and 18mm - all visually identical and not coded in any way. There are some guide holes, but not all of them, which makes it really hard to build without a drill and overall makes you doubt yourself (why would there be some guide holes but not others?). The wood print on the MDF looks good at a distance, not so much from up close, but overall I love the design and I would say the quality is ok for the price. Make sure to attach it to the wall, or the mirrored door will get stuck on the floor when you open it because it's so heavy.

The whole process and customer experience has been awful.

Firstly, I placed an order in early December and did not here not a wink from anybody from the company. I had no confirmation of dispatch until mid January. I received an email telling me my order was going to be delivered the next day and literally had a day to organise my schedule last min. Thank God I work from home so was able to rearrange things quickly. The courier guys are awful and do not know how to follow a basic sat nav, I spent 20mins guiding the driver to the correct address. The driver then proceeded to shout at me to hurry and sign the documents before he would release the goods. Overall I’m extremely disappointed with this company and would never order again from here. Was definitely not worth the wait at all. I’m just hoping the item isn’t damaged as they also don’t deliver to your actual door if you’re in apartments. Absolutely awful and would not recommend.

I love this company I have brought a display cabinet and sideboard from here they look amazing. I have just brought another unit from here I am sure I won't be disappointed 😊 also great communication

The advice when giving reviews is to be honest, helpful and constructive. Honestly, don’t buy from this company, I will be helpful in warning you not to buy from this company and I will be constructive in advising you to take heed of the negative reviews (I didn’t). I purchased a Tall Capri shoe storage unit. After construction it was obvious the unit was not fit for purpose. The design was a pull down front panel where you place your shoes into a ‘holding’ section, and you then close. Perfect you would think. But no. The shoes slipped into the ‘holding’ section below. Not fully, but just half way down so that you couldn’t open the panel to retrieve the fallen shoes. On contacting the company with my complaint and photo evidence, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I had built the unit and it could not be resold. They are not on the list of companies where you could take your complaint to the ombudsman, so £129 down the drain. Please do not waste YOUR money!!

Incredible service. Ordered my items and was delivered within the time frame. Zero complaints. I will be purchasing from here again!
