I liked the product. Delivery was swift and efficient. However the colour was completely different to the one I ordered, which was disappointing. I rang to discuss but got no response.

Stunning bed frame, and the staff was lovely to speak to!

Ordered a single futon mattress for my oak bed frame. Due to personal circumstances, I had to upgrade it to double size futon mattress. I contacted the company two days after my initial order and they changed my order to double size futon mattress and I paid the extra cost on the phone. I spoke to a gentleman called Peter and he answered all my questions with professionalism. I received my futon mattress yesterday and slept on it for the first time last night. It was a comfortable sleep. So far every thing good, Though I will have a better opinion after using it for few months. I do recommend this company.

Very nice extra thick Monk Futon bedroll futon, prompt delivery, all straightforward and very happy with everything, as I was when bought a smaller futon from them years ago.

Our new Skandi futon looks lovely and has been a nice addition to our guest room. It was easy to put together and functions well. It is comfortable to sit on and is a good size. The quality is great too. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because the natural colour looked more oatmeal on the colour chart whereas it's almost white in reality, which is lighter than we would have liked and it does mean that it will show any marks more easily.

Excellent advice from Futons 247 led us to choosing a futon and tatami mats that suit us perfectly. Replacing our bed with the right futon has improved the quality of our sleep and helped with my long term back problem. A great quality product, handmade by a small, friendly company who are great to deal with. I can highly recommend switching to a futon and these are the people to guide you through the process.

The communication and delivery were both excellent. Unfortunately, the cotton mattress caves in when in use and it is so hot, I couldn’t sleep. So it is now unused and occupies my room. Not sure what to do with it. Such a waste.

I was very well advised on the product that most suited my needs. I then ordered the wrong size and they double checked with me and corrected my order !! The mattress arrived and I am very happy with it. If I need anything else futon related this will be my first ( and probably only) stop. I can't recommend them enough.

There was a delay completely out of the control of the seller but they kept me updated at all times. When it did arrive it's exactly as described and good quality

Phenomenal customer service experience. Some of the items I ordered were delayed for quite a while due to the manufacturer. This delay ultimately meant that by the time I received the order, a manufacturing error meant that I needed to return some of the items. Peter made that process incredibly seamless and was an excellent person to work with throughout the process. Will absolutely order from here again based on this positive experience.
