Very Good communications..and product.
A pleasure to deal with.

Had a wonderful experience with Peter and Futons 247. I ordered a futon mattress in November 2024, but unfortunately it wasn't quite firm enough for me as I have a lower back issue and needed a mattress with greater support.

Peter arranged to have another one made up for me, and even delivered it to my home in person! The mattresses are great and the customer service is out of this world - such a rarity in this day and age. Thank you, Peter!

Peter really loves his work and is passionate about the craft. Had a chat with him about how he sourced the products sold on his website and I felt how much he cared about design and furniture architecture.

I wanted a futon mattress urgently as I have just shifted to the new property. When I placed the order, it was delivered just in time before Christmas. Excellent customer support and prompt delivery.

I have ordered 2 different mattresses, one for a sofa-bed and one for a bed from Futons 247 in the last 4 years and each time, the communication was excellent. Happy with the tatami mats and futon mattress; thanks Peter! The mats help absorb heat during the night, which otherwise gets trapped when the futon is directly an the wooden floor. Perfect combo :)

Hands down easily the best customer service I've ever experienced from Peter. Comunication, help and advice has been excellent all the way through. Brilliant company and gorgeous Grab! I first contacted Futons 24/7 about the Grab more than several years ago but only now in a position to purchase. Each time I made contact Peter's commuication has been superb. I'll say excellent team work, you'll have to wait minimum 4 weeks to be delivered. I love the product, though the natural wood there are some planks that have holes since it's were the branches were growing, so be careful where to assemble them. The instructions are similar to IKEA and love it how simple it is, only visual instruction. Preferably 2 people to assemble, or do it solo. If you do it solo please be careful, take a closer look to the instructions and do check back on every step, DON'T be forceful every piece is like a puzzle you just need to put it back together like Lego.
