Buying our windows was a fantastic experience. Bret advised us and was helpful and available throughout the whole transaction. He made everything easy to understand without mansplaining. Definitely recommend Andover GAP.

Scott is amazing, he is wonderful at customer service and his product knowledge is second to none! Everytime I deal with him, he goes above and beyond! He is happy, bubbly and a pleasure to deal with.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE..!!! I purchased back in September 2024 my windows from GAP Newport and spent over 5 thousand pounds with them. I did this as I purchased windows from them around 14 years ago for another property and they were fantastic, however the rubbish that was delivered last October is the complete opposite..!! My order of 3 bay windows and 6 normal had immediate noticeable faults and I instantly informed Ryan the Newport manager along with Lewis the sales manager and received no help. Whilst rehau may well be a good profile the people putting it together are not and as an engineer by trade I was not buying the constant advice of fit them first then see how they are, so I contacted customer service 🙄 I informed them via email and telephone of my concerns of the following:
Seals poorly jointed on mitres(some hardly joined)
Mullions not straight
Sash locks catching on frame
Damaged bay pole covers (snapped ends)

After some back and forth on email and me constantly chasing I received an email from them which basically read a load of stuff regarding there allowable tolerances on faults and that they would not be helping me any further, I then went back to my Newport depot to speak with Ryan and again met with arrogance and ignorance which resulted in tensions. I then asked him for his area managers number to which he refused. Then we get onto Carl said area manager! I obtained his number via customer service and I insisted he come to my property and see himself the windows, he came in December and again dismissed any fault with the windows even when presented with the evidence. After all this frustration I agreed to replace two of the worst windows at my own cost due to the project being on hold for so long and with no help from anyone, he agreed to supply the bay pole covers. By magic the new windows arrived without the faults of the ones they were replacing however the covers did not. These finally arrived a few weeks ago and finally I was able to instruct the fitter to go ahead and get them in. This has now thrown up further problems, mites on the window beads have huge gaps, small window cracked on weld when fitting bead, window cills supplied too short to allow for horns so had to obtain a long piece to make new ones, one window lock catching on frame with no further adjustment available and worst of all the easy clean fire hinges I ordered catch when closing which releases the purple clip allowing the window to open at all sorts of angles not allowing it to correctly open as a fire opener and meaning you have to manually push the window straight before closing something my wife and kids cannot do so rendering them useless. Oh and Iv read these are too meant to self relocate from clean position well they don’t as they want to snap the clip if you tried. I can honestly say they are the biggest load of s***e I have ever spent nearly 6grand on and would love my money back so I could go and purchase some proper windows as these are not going to last 5 minutes. The windows the staff the time (10 months from date of order) and the whole experience has been appalling..!! Iv put a lot of money and time into this house as it is being completely renovated for my own family home and this has tarnished it, Im not one to leave reviews but please avoid at all costs and save yourself the stress and headache.

The products were of excellent quality - the fitters found them exceptionally easy to fit.

Had a new front door fitted a few months ago. The product is brilliant quality and looks great! I have already recommended to all my friends and family.

All fascias delivered next day and nearly a third cheaper than euro cell.

Having dealt with multiple depots with this company, I can truly say I have never been disappointed. The Taunton depot with Mark, Brian and Frank - what an experience, nothing was ever too much for them, a happy, inviting environment. I bought some windows and doors from them, they had expert advice on hand from their window specialist. Adam helped me get over some challenges I was going to have with this job, and helped me come out of it with a very happy customer. The products were brilliant, top quality with a decent lead time. I had a GRP composite door, which is a brilliant product. Very good to fit and comes with a very competitive price tag.

Launceston depot - Josh Mutton, an intelligent lad with excellent product knowledge, along side depot manager Tony Curtis and with the help of Alex. I had some shower boards, as well as guttering/fascia in the past. They have a very well stocked depot with just about everything you could need, if on the off chance they don't have it in they will get it from another depot or have it put on their next delivery within a week. Very welcoming, up beat, happy depot. Truly a pleasure to use.
