Brian answered my Facebook post which was a cry for help, we couldn’t find an installer of Rockdoors, everyone we tried either quoted us with silly prices or said yep we can do that which quickly turned to oh no we can’t but we have something similar, but we didn’t want similar we wanted the Rockdoor we had chosen with all the extras we wanted.
Well GAP TAUNTON not only delivered on the exact door we wanted they also gave us the number of a really lovely installer who will be fitting our new door and a few other jobs we want doing. Mark actually phoned him for us to see if it’s something he would do as we don’t live in Taunton.
We especially loved that the door could be seen on the computer screen as it was being customised it was very reassuring to see exactly what we wanted being created means no room for errors.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. Won’t hesitate to go back and use again if needed.

Gap have a large range of products at a reasonable price

I have 2 doors and they are by far the best on the market. I feel so secure and are brilliant on thermal efficiency and of course they look great.

Items delivered on the day requested. However the driver did not ring the doorbell or knock.The first I was aware of the delivery was an email saying it had been delivered and left on the path as there was no one home. there were no issues with the order.

Always a great experience with Sophie K.v, who takes care of our orders.
The depot sometimes messes up the orders, but everything is sorted out very quickly.
And the prices are reasonable.
It is a pleasure dealing with Gap.

The team at the Blackburn depot were so helpful! Walked me through everything my installer would need to install the windows I had ordered.
