Deal with Gap on a regular basis. First point of contact for me is Scott Young in Sales. Always a great help with quotes, dealing with any problems from point of order to delivery. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Scott Young is very helpful and informative. No issue is too big and he provides service with a smile and enthusiasm and is an asset to GAP and I’m very glad that we work along side him.

She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish – clearly explaining all the details, helping me get the measurements right, and guiding me through the design choices. What really stood out was how she supported the communication with my builder, translating my ideas and preferences into exactly what he needed to know. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be going back to her for more as I continue with my renovation!

Recently purchased a Vogue back door with sideframe in light Oak for my father in law and got a friend to install. It looks amazing and experience was hassle free.

Loved it so much I have just ordered an Arcacia and 2 windows for the front to match and was installed in no time. House looks amazing and refreshed from the outside. Thank you

I couldn't be happier with the decking i purchased, The quality of the boards are solid, well finished and durable. The color is exactly what I was hoping for rich, consistent, and modern-looking.
The customer service team were nothing but helpful from the start, They provided good advice on materials, delivery times, and maintenance tips. Delivery was on schedule, and everything arrived in great condition.

Reading some of the previous reviews don't think GAP have improved at all I've been a trade customer of theirs since they began almost 30yrs ago , was a regular trade customer until a few years ago as I was angry at which ever depot or who ever served you dictated the trade cost you would receive so I moved to another supplier
Then recently GAP personnel badgered me on the phone saying how they have changed and we're the leaders in the market so I gave them an opportunity to manufacture a rosewood on white door combi BIG MISTAKE !!!!
Paid upfront got my delivery on a Friday and fitted the combi Saturday
Upon glazing my newly installed combi I noticed the glass was the correct size with its reduction to easily fit into the frame but what I found was the units glazing bar was very shallow so it didn't exceed past the frames gasket so no matter how you centralised the glass unit you could see directly into the frame rebate even when the unit rested on the supplied glass packers absolutely looked BAD!!!XXXX
Tried to resolve it with GAP customer service who just totally dismissed me !!
I WILL NEVER USE GAP FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOU FAULTY GOODS !!! BEWARE!!! PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS

Totally unreliable and misleading with regard delivery dates. Unable to track components and unwilling to resolve issues. Happy to take payment in advance but total change in attitude thereafter. In the process of reporting to local Trading Standards

Company customer care is a joke, bought rockdoor gap made it wrong size had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement glass panel after fitting & panel fit long stainless handle which is not fit for purpose, customer care said suppliers have change to spec on there handles but surely they should have informed the customer before supplying a handle which not fit fit purpose

Brian answered my Facebook post which was a cry for help, we couldn’t find an installer of Rockdoors, everyone we tried either quoted us with silly prices or said yep we can do that which quickly turned to oh no we can’t but we have something similar, but we didn’t want similar we wanted the Rockdoor we had chosen with all the extras we wanted.
Well GAP TAUNTON not only delivered on the exact door we wanted they also gave us the number of a really lovely installer who will be fitting our new door and a few other jobs we want doing. Mark actually phoned him for us to see if it’s something he would do as we don’t live in Taunton.
We especially loved that the door could be seen on the computer screen as it was being customised it was very reassuring to see exactly what we wanted being created means no room for errors.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. Won’t hesitate to go back and use again if needed.

bought a Rock door from these and had nothing but problems. what it doesn't in the sales brochure if you want a bad fitting, draughty, poor quality door buy a Rock door. Its lasted less than eight years and need replacing!!!!

Great business, offers a wide range of products which we often use.

I would not recommend purchasing a Rockdoor from GAP. 5 yrs ago I had, after much rangling with them, a door replaced under guarantee as the composite had split and bubbled. The beast from the east extreme temperatures were blamed. My replacement door has also split in numerous places. They are now unwilling to replace this second door despite having been assured at the time of replacement that the door would have a renewed 10yr guarantee from the date of installation. I am extremely disappointed with their stance on this matter especially as they are aware of the faulty product having since removed it from their range. Give your custom to a company that cares.
