Can’t recommend. Our windows came with the wrong fittings and took over six months to replace with the correct hinges that we needed for fire safe regs. Had to send multiple emails and withhold payment to get this corrected.

There’s a reason this company don’t answer to negative reviews, it’s because they don’t care.

I’m giving this feedback now as my friend has had the same issue as me all these years later, it seems they don’t learn.

We bought a new Rockdoor front door, Great service from the Wirral depot and a quality product.

Got a set of Bifolding doors, cladding and roof lantern. Everything was great and would giggly recommend.

Staff really helpful and polite, needed some trims and silicone to finish off the bathroom and they advised which silicone I needed when I told them it was for the bathroom, (anti-fungal) which helps stop mould growing!

Great staff at the Oldham branch, really helpful and knowledgeable.

Got my bifold, RockDoor, windows and roofline from GAP, great service, great price, and quick delivery!

I have been in the industry for 20+ years and have used a lot of suppliers over that time, the professionalism me and my team receive from gap is 2nd to none.

We could not be more complimentary of GAP. Every experience we have with our local depot, trade manager and head office has been friendly, accommodating and professional. Products are fantastic and they are always fully stocked.

A far more superior door over a standard UPVC door, the quality and feel of it is amazing.

I have a couple more doors in the house that will be changing in the near future.

Love my new rockdoor from GAP. Door is so much better than my old door & feels so much more secure.

Been using Gap for our Trims, Sealant’s, Roofs & Doors for a while now & have had a great experience throughout.

Issues are sorted in a timely fashion & the customer service is great.

I ordered some new seals for a customer in July. Still waiting for delivery after twice being promised they were being shipped. No response to any emails to their customer services. Buyer beware of this company.

I bought some composite decking and GRP door to complete by garden room project from GAP Maidstone. The products are great quality and have helped me achieve the finish I was looking for. Mick and the team were really helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They were able to accommodate a couple of site delays that I had and delivered the items I ordered on a day to suit me. Great service and would definitely recommend GAP

We have buying from gap now for a year and the staff have been brilliant very knowledgeable always will to help you find the right product for you we have had Rockdoors bifolds and windows all to a very high standard delivered on time and as promised definitely recommend you try these out

Not too impressed so far. Being passed pillar to post to arrange an order. Original Sales Person that quoted us, when I called to finalise the order - sounded like he was in a bar and was laughing and joking with people in the background. Have been passed to someone else (another mobile number, odd). Tried to call various numbers for the company to pay the deposit and just keep getting passed to other numbers. Getting a bit concerned about giving this company payment, especially with the other reviews on here. Not a great experience so far.

Order was prompt and well packaged.
Overall feeling of the product, quite thick in feeling,and don’t like the side pockets set up at all, very stupid.
Hope the cargo pants soften over time, or I won’t buy any more.

They always know what you need , always happy to help .

Our Rockdoor is extremely well-made, heavy, solid and durable. The stainless steel furniture is great as is the texture and wavy effect on the Dune Vision. Great quality door locking mechanism. You won't go wrong with a Rockdoor!
