Superb service from the new Morecambe branch, I ordered two windows which were delivered to their unit from the factory, A really helpful guy called Sam called to arrange delivery with me and he arrived with the goods a short time later, We love the new windows and we would not hesitate to recommend the new GAP unit on White Lund, Morecambe. A new business with old style top class customer service.

We have used GAP for 8 or 9 years. We order Rock doors and GRP Composite doors.
All doors are manufactured to a high standard and their customer service is excellent. Easy to quote, easy to order and quick delivery. We also purchase ancillary products like pvc trims and silicon which they usually hold in stock. Great service

I am the owner of Vantage Windows and Doors. We have been buying ROCK doors and our uPVC products from GAP for many years. IN June 2023 our company were awarded the Which? Trusted Trader of the Year Award.
We only fit the absolute best product available.
ROCK Doors are the ONLY composite door that we will offer to our customer. They are the best quality by a considerable distance in my opinion.
The service we get from GAP is excellent.

Need to say I've never had a bad experience when using my local Gap at Govan in Glasgow,Stevie and his team are always on the ball,even in the busy periods of the day they get through the line and never keep you waiting any longer than needed they work tirelessly to ensure their customers can get back onsite asap,there is always plenty of stock and on the very odd occasion something is out of stock they have an alternative,can't fault the guys at Govan 5* every single time.

Not the best experience, the staff in the depot where fantastic and helpful when I placed my order, but the driver didn’t ring me to let me know he was on his way, as requested. Which meant I wasn’t home to accept the delivery, so they had to deliver the next day delaying my project slightly.

This company have a great foundation with good ethics, customer responsibility and care, from the top down.

We use the Christchurch and Bournemouth depots regularly and the boys are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic quality products and competitive prices too :)

An overall 5 star service from the complete company.
Myself and my wife wanted to go for a aluminum gutter option for our property and visited our local depot in Camberley. The lovely guy behind the counter (sorry didn't take his name) informed us that although the depot itself doesn't have a supply of this product, Gap have a specialist depot for these products in Watford called Gutters & Ladders.

I called the depot and spoke to Paul the manager. He was extremely helpful and I asked if we could come down and have a chat with him.
When we visited Paul, we were greeted with a choice of coffee or hot chocolate and then Paul took the time to explain the different types of ali guttering available and the various options. He was also able to recommend a installer for us to.

We now have the guttering we wanted and fitted on our property and are extremely happy with the service from Paul at Gutters and Ladders and from Gap as a company.

We will be recommending to everyone we know.

Staff at Hemel was really polite and helpful.

Recently collected from the Dunfermline depot some antibacterial wipes, glass cleaner and tissue. Got great service at the counter and the lad loaded the goods into my car, overall a great experience.

Bought windows from the Reading branch. Very pleased with the quality. Staff at the branch were very helpful.

GAP Croydon was very helpful, I popped into the shop to see what range of cladding they had for my new garden room. The boys recommended someone to fit this for me and even took the time to work out just how much cladding was needed! Thank you Dean and team Croydon!

I recently worked with the guys at Reading depot and found them really helpful and knowledgeable. Brett and his team offered first class service and helped me to purchase the correct size windows and bifold doors for my house, as I knew what I wanted but didn't take the correct info with me.
I will be recommending Gap to all my friends and family.

Ordered an Athens 4 front door very helpful staff at the Wigan branch especially Stuart taking a lot of his time and knowledge to help us find our front door excellent costumer care I would definitely recommend to everyone.
