Great choice of doors
Great choice of doors, excellent quality. Someone came round to measure up immediately and ordered our door. As it was a really busy time we didn’t expect it to be fitted for quite a while, however it was put in just a couple of weeks after ordering it. Gorgeous door absolutely made up with it. Would definitely recommend this company the service and quality of both product and door fitting was excellent.

Warrington depot big shout out to the x3 lads who always serve me every time in the depot. Constantly busy but always give me their 100% attention. All my plastic needs I come here now as they stock a massive range of stock and colours and great prices too.Also if it’s not in stock they can get it next day for me.

Have used these guys multiple times over the years and the service is great. Felt i had to post a review based on the top service i got today. Amazing customer service from Scott Young. Pricing very competitive (we get 3 quotes for everything!) delivery on time and really wide range of products so makes it easy being able to order everything from one place. Issue with one product but the response time was less than an hour and resolved the next day. Super impressed to see that not only was service fantastic before I had a problem, it was also really efficient and easy when they had to fix something. Will use again!

Followed one of the delivery drives for 6 miles this morning through busy Scarborough. Drive wheel spinning out of junctions, pulling out on people and speeding about like his van is a race car.

It's not uncommon to come across very bad customer service from time to time if not frequently. I guess this makes us appreciate professional customer service. For that reason, I thought to put some good words for Gap Plastic in Nottingham.
I have been their customer for years, they never let me down for a small or big job. They are always friendly, very helpful and provide constantly good service.

Aberdare branch are really helpful in branch but not so easy to contact via the phone. Most of their plastic is good quality and reflected in the price but not overly expensive

Sales person was EXTREMELY rude. Was not helpful, hung up the phone mid-call when customer was trying to give information. Never had a worse experience.

I placed an order online that was supposed to be with me on Weds 28th Sept 2022 AM.
After not arriving I phoned customer services , charged 50p per minute on their premium rate number only to be told the sales ticket would only just be generated today and delivery would be a further 7 to 10 working days.
I requested a refund only to be told “I’ll have to email Simon as he does the web stuff, it’ll take about 5 days once he picks it up”
I asked for email conformation only to be told, we cant do that, Simon does it..
So here I am, paying trades persons to stand around all day to do nothing with no indication of what is happening to my order until “Simon” can be bothered to reply.
Absolute shambles of a company. Avoid like the plague unless you want to lose your money,then spend a fortune on premium rate phone calls chasing it up.

Absolutely dreadful company and service. Paid £15,000 for windows and nearly a year on they still can't get order right. Firstly sent wrong colour frames then wrong size glass. The design on the windows has still got glue all over every pain. Design don't even match or line up. Area manager has come out the quality control manager has come out, even the so called glass maker has come and looked and still they can't get it right. If you value your money and want a professional job this isn't the company for you. AVOID AT ALL COST.
No health & safety
No health & safety - Travelling along a country road in wet conditions with my family. One of the “drivers” for this company was travelling at excess speed, took a blind corner too fast for the road and weather conditions and had it not been for my partners swift reactions of throwing us into a bush we’d have been hit head on…instead the wing mirror took the brunt! Reported this “driver” to the Company using their dedicated health and safety option. Was told the matter would be referred to their fleet management and the appropriate depot for the driver and I would get a call back to discuss. Some 36 hours later and I’m still waiting. Health & safety of other road users by their employees clearly not high on their priorities!

Awful, waited a week for delivery only to be told “don’t use the web site for ordering” still waiting for delivery, customer services admitted the delivery company they use are useless , if you want a reliable company you will not find it at GAP, we will not be using them again.
Awful company - Rockdoors purchased - do not use

I have bought 5 Rockdoors over the years. I've had problems with 3 of them. One has a draught coming in through hinge areas. On another the stainless steel handles rusted after 4 weeks, was sent a replacement and they rusted again, sent a chrome one and that has discoloured. GAP emailed me to say I need to wash the outdoor furniture with soapy water every day! When I told them that is absolute nonsense, the fella in customer services emails back and said it was a typo, he meant regularly. That was no typo.
I ordered classic french doors in April, the order got cancelled by GAP in error, had to wait in excess of another month, by which time my fitter was on another job and couldn't fit immediately. When he did fit them about 2 weeks after delivery he found the handle had a scuff/mark on it. The washers that go on the hinges were plastic and a couple broke - poor quality. Because I didn't check it over within 48 hours I was told hard luck. Didn't even offer to send me some new washers without me paying.
They don't look after their customers.
