Since moving into my new apartment there’s been a lady called kay,she is brilliant!whenever there is a problem she resolves it very quickly,Well mannered and respectful.Communication has been great she always gets back to me!shes made my life easy since I’ve moved in,can’t thank her enough.

I called Gateway for assistance with a bill my husband and I had been sent. As first time home owners, we were a bit confused about the charge. Neve took my call and was incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind. She explained everything perfectly, in a way that made the billing process make sense. 10/10 for Neve's service.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My uncle rents a property through them, and from the very beginning, they have been absolutely exemplary.

They supported us throughout the process of finding a suitable property and have continued to provide an outstanding level of service since my uncle moved in. Communication has always been excellent, and whenever maintenance is required, they are extremely quick to respond and arrange for someone to attend the property.

Everyone we have dealt with has been respectful, professional and helpful. As my uncle is somewhat mobile-phone-phobic, they have also been very accommodating in communicating with me directly when needed.

In particular, Mark Kleister has dealt with our enquiries in a professional, friendly and exceptionally swift manner.

We have been extremely impressed with the service we have received and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agent.

We have dealt with many departments at Gateway Group for several years all of which have been excellent. Especially the insurance department are detailed in their policy explanations, responsive and provide a great claims service.

Paige was very helpful and immediately waved the extra late payment charge that I had incurred due to accidentally pressing the wrong amount.
I immediately sent the balance and Paige confirmed it would be ok.

This company is great they go out of their way to help. I been with others bigger insurance brokers ones but honestly this people go out of their way to help even though I may a very smaller client. I never make comment on trustpilot but I endorse completely
