Korzystałem z usług GB Rent przy wynajmie samochodu na lotnisku w Poznaniu i jestem bardzo zadowolony. Rezerwacja przebiegła szybko i bezproblemowo, auto czekało przygotowane zgodnie z umową. Samochód był czysty, zadbany i w pełni sprawny technicznie. Obsługa bardzo miła, profesjonalna i pomocna – wszystko zostało jasno wytłumaczone, bez ukrytych kosztów. Oddanie auta równie sprawne i wygodne.

Świetna firma – uczciwa, rzetelna i godna polecenia. Z pewnością skorzystam ponownie przy kolejnej okazji.

Bad company. Charging more on arrivals. Rude. Do not use. Don’t have a headache

Banda złodziei. Pobierają kaucję, której nie oddają z powodu wymyślonych awarii i usterek auta. Omijać naciągaczy szerokim łukiem!

Firma naciąga na niewidzialne rysy, później ściągają z karty kredytowej należności za nieistniejące szkody.

Powiem szczerze ze mam mieszane uczucia co do obsługi , ale ostatecznie jestem zadowolony , na samym lotnisku obsługa ok , jednak po zdaniu auta okazała się ze niby było brudne , co było nie prawda po reklamacji , ma nastąpic zwrot potraconej kwoty , wiec końcowy OK, ale trzeba było się upomnieć , auta nowe, sprawne wiec podsumowując OK, ale trzeba zachować czujność ;-)))

Son unos estafadores de los más grandes siempre que le habló por algún problema que me ha dado el coche desde primera hora que lo compré me dice que son piezas de desgaste y qué bueno me van a mandar la pieza pero yo tengo que pagar la mano de obra en cualquier taller creo que no es justo pagué una cantidad muy elevada por un coche que venía haya roto con vicios ocultos I el dueño me dije ahora que no que yo lo llamo con mucha Wasa y q me estoy riendo de el encima se hace víctima lo llamo de otros números x que del mio ni lo coge son unos sinvergüenzas

I have booked a Sprinter Van for my group when we were at Poland tour. The overall experience was good and we enjoyed our trip. The main thing was the driver and our guide have good knowledge of the city and they both provide us fully information that we needed. we had great time with "Global Rent A Car Poland"

Caution - Tourist Trap!!! Avoid using the company's services!!!

We rented a car from Panek for a duration of eight days: we picked up the car at Krakow Airport and returned it at Katowice Airport. The rental agreement, as agreed upon, cost us approximately 1700 złoty (including regular insurance), and we added an external insurance for 515 złoty. To spare you the details: due to a bureaucratic issue that could have been easily resolved, we were forced to pay an additional 1200 złoty for the company's insurance (meaning double insurance), and finally: another 250 (!!!) złoty for car cleaning (which we didn't use excessively). In other words, the rental - renting a car for eight days - cost us around 3700 złoty.

We were not the only ones who had to add money at the time of car pickup. Customers before us were required to add a substantial amount to their original booking. Even customers who came after us had to pay extra.

Another serious issue was the size of the cargo space. When we rented the car, we were promised that it would fit "three large bags," but in reality, it couldn't even fit two standard-sized suitcases (50/79/27 cm). We had to place one of the suitcases on the back seat of the car. So, we traveled around Poland with four people in a cramped and uncomfortable car, which ultimately cost us over 3700 złoty.

We rented the car through the Rentalcar company, which did not help us resolve this issue. And one more thing: the contract and all documents were in Polish, without an English translation. It seems that the contract is not the same as those used in other countries.

We made this mistake, but you - do yourselves a favor and look for a car from another company.

Jedna gwiazdka to i tak zaaaaaaaaa wiele!!!!!! Tak jak wszyscy pisza. Banda oszustow i kretaczy!!! Masakra jakas. Musialam zaangazowac prawnikow zeby ich zgnoili! Obciazyli mnie prawie 1000 zl za rzekome zniszczenia. Dobrze, ze porobillismy fotki i nagralismy filmik. Nikt sie nie pojawil na odbior samochodu od nas. Kluczyki wrzucic do skrzynki. A nastepnego dnia w skrzynce mailowej laduje faktura za naprawy hahahahaha ( dodam ze samochod oddany o 10 wieczorem a o 8 rano juz mail z wycena itp itd). Po kase to sie spiesza ale nic poza tym. Dobrze ze moj bank mial mega legal team. Trwalo ponad 4 miesiace ale kasy nie dostali!!!

Raz spróbowałem i to było o jeden raz za dużo. Dno i metr śmierdzącego mułu. Krętactwo, oszustwo w całej okazałości - przy odbiorze zaczął przedstawiciel kombinować, zmieniać zasady, zażądał kaucji - nie chciało mi się wracać do domu, bo odbiór był daleko - na lotnisku, więc wypożyczyłem samochód, ale potencjalnym klientom odradzam zdecydowanie - złodziejstwo.

Cuando llegué al aeropuerto de Modlin no había a nadie en la oficina. El vuelo llegó con retraso a las 3PM. Cuando les llamé, el supuesto responsable me dijo que como no me había presentado a la hora indicada, pasaron mi reserva al NOSHOW y el dinero pagado nunca me fue reembolsad ! El tío además era un borde y descortés. Nunca más usaré sus "servicios". Por favor no alquiléis nada con ellos.

Avoid! It's a proper scam, car rental was cheap but I had to buy additional insurance because my credit card had only my first name initial and not my full name they claimed that they can't validate if this is my card but when came to pay for additional insurance I use the same card and then they didn't have any obligations! Also booked car for 9pm - noone in office when called on the number I have been told that they are at the car wash and will be 10min late - then called again after 15min and they still haven't arrived as they were at the petrol station. So, the customer service gentleman arrived at 9.30 pm, and being arrogant that how I dared to chase him. Also on my docs regarding the collection of the car, it stated that I picked it up 9 pm and the car was dirty! Send an email to customer care with complaint - no response received!

Lotnisko Katowice. Dopłata 130zł za oddanie kluczy przed terminem!!! i 50zł za mycie auta, (poobijanego wraka) które wymyłem w myjni kilometr od miejsca oddania. To już całkowicie żart.
Nie polecam, a wręcz odradzam korzystanie z tej firmy.

Do not be fooled by low car rentals and promotions by Flex to Go, Flex Rent a Car or Global Rent a Car - all part of the same company with complaints handled by customer care of Global-Rent-a-Car.

During a car pick up the man in the Warsaw Modlin airport office became arrogant when I did not want to take their insurance, I had mine pre-arranged. At the drop off I waited almost an hour during late morning for a joint car inspection. The employee was missing from the office all this time and the other one was not interested in doing it. The promised Drop-off Protocol meant to be emailed to me on the day but it arrived six days later with a pre-fabricated evidence of the damage that I did not do. They emailed me to say that £264.68 was taken from my credit card deposit for the alleged damage. The customer care has been denying any wrong doings and also asked for my evidence that the car was not damaged. Not once they acknowledged that they do not provide a good customer service during their official opening hours. I am convinced that their employee deliberately avoided the joint car inspection so they could manipulate evidence to scam me out of money.

I managed to get back money taken from my credit card. Please be very careful when dealing with these scammers. You may be tempted to have a cheap car hire but it can turn into the most expensive car hire you have ever had. They are scammers and lack of proper customer care. Avoid them at all cost. I would not give them even one star based on my experience.

We landed in Poznan and went to pick up the car, which we paid for in advance, only to be charged an extra £210.00 for having initials on a credit card!
Yes, apparently, you require to have a full first name on the credit card; we provided seven different bank cards, a driving license, and a passport, but it still wasn't enough to prove identity ...big laugh. After we confronted customer service and explained that all bank cards issued in the UK have initials of the first name instead of the full version, the answer was: "oh, they know that, and it happened before with guests from the UK..." and still charged us!

If you have any issue with the rental agency during the rental service, you can contact to the service center, then they will help you well, though it takes some time. they are willing to listen about the issue and solve the problems.

I arrived to pick up my rental and was surprised to learn that a credit card was required. As I did not have one with me, I had to cancel the rental. Despite being unable to use the rental, I was still charged for the cancellation. It would have been helpful if the requirement for a credit card had been communicated to me beforehand.
