Wypożyczenie na lotnisku Pyrzowice.
Samo auto i obsługa na lotnisku bardzo OK.
Punkt w regulaminie o zwrocie auta poza godzinami działania punktu obsługowego - 150 PLN to moim zdaniem cwaniactwo.
Poprosiłem o wyjaśnienie z czego wynika ta opłata, przecież sposób zwrócenia auta poza czasem pracy punktu obsługi i w czasie jej działania niczym się nie różni, zostawiasz kluczyki u pracownika lub wrzucasz je do skrytki i adios!.
Dostałem wymijającą odpowiedź z odwołaniem do regulaminu.
Uważajcie zatem misiaczki na cwaniackie zagrywki firm wynajmujących auta :)

Har lejet bil, men kan ikke åbne kvittering for afleveringen, som er modtaget på mail. Skulle være de sidste 4 cifre i mit kørekortnummer, men det virker ikke. Har prøvet mange opkald, men telefonen bliver aldrig svaret i Gdansk afdeling. Kundeservicen er ikke eksisterende

This company is a scam, I made a reservation for a car with automatic transmission at Warsaw airport and they did not have any car available at that site. I still can not get a refund.
Please never use that company. They are scammers and thieves.

Firma tylko chce wyzyskać pieniądze!!!! Za pranie jednej małej plamki na tylnej tapicerce policzyli nas 411 zł. Z wynajmem też były problemy. Zero organizacji !!! W sumie za tygodniowy tynajem samochodu zamiast 1500 zł,( zamiawiane online) zapłaciłam prawie 3.600 zł!!!! Dno ponad wszystko. Wyzyskiwacze!!!!!

Najgorsza wypożyczalnia z którą miałem do czynienia. Parę dni po oddaniu auta dostałem email że zostało mi potrącone 1332 PLN za uszkodzenia na zderzaku. Pech chciał dla nich że zrobiłem zdjęcia całego auta przed wyjazdem. Czekam dalej na zwrot tych pieniędzy. Omijać szerokim łukiem.

This company gave me a flimsy key in Crete (Rethymnon). They charged me for breaking it (it was not actually broken but could fall into 3 pieces and the I gave back to them in same state they gave to me in to start with and the car would start though). The Suzuki Baleno car had already done more than 63000km! At the time of pick up it had countless dents/scratches. They also charged me for a very small scratch. In total 700 Euro rip off taken from me + £300 rental charge for just 5 days! Worst hire car company ever.

These guys are CROOKS! Rented a completely dented and scratched Citroen in Corfu in Aug 2022. car shows tyre pressure warning. I tell the rep and he is like yea its sensor don’t worry. We dont have another car in yr category. Sure enough the minute we return the car a fat and unbelievably rude employee zooms in on the tires and SCREAMS at us for breaking a tire. And they have to replace two. They try to charge 309 euro plus admin fee. No kidding. I have rented hundreds of cars and never ever have i seen a more dishonest bunch if rude crooks in business. Avoid.

Odradzam zdecydowanie wypożyczanie aut w tej firmie!! Przez miesiąc dobijam się o zwrot kaucji mimo, iż miałam wykupione ubezpieczenie full (ale przez pośrednika, więc oni go nie honorują, czytaj nie zarabiają na nim). Przez tydzień brak odpowiedzi na maila, osoba na infolinii nieuprzejma, koszmar nie firma!!!

Beware! Arrogant scammers
I rented a car for a family holiday on 27 May. Upon arrival at the airport, I was informed that Global Rent a Car cannot accept my credit card.
The reason was the allegedly incomplete name and surname on the card.
Therefore, I was forced by Global Rent a Car to pay an additional non-refundable amount of £ 274.27
At the same time, the attendant could not explain the additional fee.
Since then, I have tried to contact customer service but with no success.
I am not going to use this service again.

So etwas habe ich in 25 Jahren als Mietwagenkunde noch nie erlebt:
Als wir das Auto zurück brachten war kein Parkplatz frei und keine Person vor Ort um das Auto zu übernehmen (Einem anderen Kunden ist es gleich gegangen). Daher haben wir die Servicenummer der Mietwagenfirma angerufen. Nach langem warten war endlich eine Person am Telefon die meinte, dass wir warten sollen und sie uns mit der verantwortlichen Person am Flughafen Krakou verbindet und natürlich sind wir aus der Leitung geflogen. Nach einem 2. Versuch und 30 Minuten später haben wir aufgegeben. Wir haben das Auto in der Garage auf der Fahrspur stehen lassen und sind zum Schalter. Es waren zwei Personen dort und nur ein weiterer Kunde. Trotzdem wollte man keine gemeinsame Inspektion des Autos vornehmen! Dann kam ein Protokoll mit zwei neuen Schäden. Die Fotos der Schäden kamen erst Tage später! Wir können uns die Schäden nicht vorstellen, da wir praktisch nur Autobahn gefahren sind und geparkt auf einer privaten Fläche haben.
Natürlich ist es immer möglich, dass Schäden auftreten die man nicht mitbekommt - nur zusammen mit dem Verweigern einer gemeinsamen Inspektion und das um Tage spätere Zusendung der Fotos ist für uns nicht glaubwürdig.

Nie mam wiekszych zastrzezen co do samego auta mimo ze dostalismy inne. Takze duzym zaskoczeniem bylo otrzymanie maila od firmy po 2 dniach ze zostalismy obciazeni kara za palenie w aucie ok 520 zl. Oboje nie palimy. Mail zawieral tylko informacje plus rachunek zadnych wyjasnien, dowodow, zero. Pracowik na infolinia w Poznaniu na lotnisku, tam wynajmowalismy, poinformowal ze reklamacja tylko mailowo i ze na pewno dostaniemy zdjecia jesli bylo coz nie tak. Kpina. Takze radze uwazac lub omijac tych oszustow.

Scammers!! AVOID!!!!! Its actually ZERO STARS!! I was scammed to pay for an extra insurance when I already purchased an extra insurance through the airline company I booked the car with! but they wouldn't let go, they would not accept my credit card because it was valid for almost 6 months not the full 6 months, or debit card, or cash. But after reading all your reviews I can see if not that they would get me on the initials on the credit card anyway. Who has their full name on the credit card! They charged me over £350 for an extra insurance plus full tank of petrol up front, I was told to bring an empty tank back, how? What car hire insurance cost over £350 !!!! The car had no spare wheel isn't that illegal?? I had to sign the contract but I couldn't even read it they said you will receive it in a email later !!! Please guys read reviews on this company for Wroclaw I made a mistake not to, they also display the star rating at Wroclaw office at the airport as 8.3 they are lying is actually less than 1.5, scamming company and should NOT get away with robbing people and ruining peoples holidays. Report them to as many places as possible. This is a day light robbery how can Benjamin and his friends keep getting away with this!!!! This is the worst experience ever!! You know when are you blatantly being conned!

I have been charged for damage I did not do. I rented a car for 2 weeks, they took money for damage which I did not do. they are treacherous crooks and thieves sent me pictures of damage from several cars.please be careful with these thieves and scamers I am still surprised that you still have clients, after such scams you do by sending photos of different cars that nobody will get upset you have a good deceptive team that takes a picture and describes your scams I think that such people are in a prison, not in service

Najgorsza wypożyczalnia z jaką miałam do czynienia. Niby wszystko opłacone, a potem karta nie ta, za paliwo trzeba zapłacić z góry, dokupić ubezpieczenie itd. A o Panu w wypożyczalni w Poznaniu nie wspomnę bo musiałabym użyć bardzo brzydkich słów. Bardzo nie miły, jakby obrażony, że się tam przyszło. Próbował mi pokazać, że jest nade mną i że jestem głupsza od niego. Bałam się słowem odezwać. Z czystym sercem odradzam wypożyczalnie Global w Poznaniu!

I have been charged for damage I did not do. It is a small dent on the license plate that I did not notice when renting. I have proof of the damage was there before rental but they are refusing to accept. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. FRAUDSTERS.

AVOID!!!!!I was scammed to pay money for extra insurance as they would not accept my credit card because it was only showing an initial of my first name and not the name in full. Rental was £69, I was forced to pay £92 for additional insurance to even get the car... total scammers. There is no legal requirement for the credit card to state your full name, my bank confirmed this. I had no choice but accept the charges as otherwise I would not get the car and still be charged for rental. It's disgusting what they are doing to people. Filthy scammers!

Odebrałem auto z gdańskiego lotniska . Sprzedawca najpierw próbował wcisnąć mi dodatkowe ubezpieczenie chociaż już miałem wykupione przez pośrednika rentalcar. W umowie rental car miałem oddać auto z pełnym bakiem. Ale sprzedawca Globar car stwierdzi że weźmie odemnie depozyt gdybym nie zdążył zatankować auta. Pobrał pieniądze z mojego konta. Podpisałem umowy najmu na tablecie nie mogąc nawet jej przeczytać. Miała być wysłana na moją skrzynkę mailową. Do dnia dzisiejszego umowy nie dostałem a opłata za paliwo po mimo tego że zatankowałem do pełna nie wróciła na moje konto. Proszę uważajcie bo to są oszuści.

Never use this company if possible, Global rent a car at Poznan Airport. They are one big con with the Insurance, they had told me that my protection Insurance which I have taken out from the Internet was not valid, and I was told, to renew my protection Insurance with them at a Huge cost, this was not excepted by me but they left me with no choice, it is a sad state of affairs to treat your customer's in this kind of disrespectful way, it is on big con this company. They do t even want to discuss this matter, I am at the process of taking them to court. The best advice find another company pay a little more but have peace of mind. Keep away you have been warned, of Global car Rental in Poznan Airport.

Ripped off my money. Forced to pay a deposit waiver as they said my credit has to be valid for more than 6 months, for 4 days rental, (it was a week short) - why???. Very arrogant and unhelpful staff. The car was alarming low tire pressure with properly inflated tires
