It was the first visit for both the cat and myself. I was impressed with the calmness of the visit and the information given to me and Marshy seemed completely unfazed. Recommended by sister and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends

Staff are very friendly and welcoming didn’t feel rushed or anything. The actual Vet himself was extremely pleasant and broke down and explained everything to me. I felt very confident when I left the Surgery of what I need to do.

I always have no problem getting an appointment time that is suitable for me as I work full time, everything is quick and efficient and it’s a calm environment for your pet in the vets and there is never loads of dogs or other pets in the vets at any one time, usually 1 other if any. I have a pet plan so can get my dogs nails trimmed with no problem and wormer and flea treatment regularly with reminders.

Goddards fitted my very sick cat in as a last-minute emergency even though I was registered with another vet who were unable to help me.
The service I received was exceptional, very caring and expert help from Astrid and also Ann on reception. They quickly diagnosed my cat’s condition and offered the appropriate treatment. It had been a very stressful experience for myself and my cat and they really helped me when I needed them. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Ollie our 14 year old cat was poorly with two health issues. The vet gave our cat a thorough examination, suggested treatment and follow up as to future management of health conditions. He put our minds at rest.

We Have been with Epsom downs clinic for 16 years and they have always been absolutely brilliant. Love the receptionists, always kind and helpful and Alex the vet is fantastic, always honest, helpful and brilliant with our dog Hector. We really appreciate all the staff

Staff are unfailingly kind and practical, - so much so that my spaniel cries unless we pop in to say hello if we are passing.

We needed reassurance that our cat had successfully recovered from an injury. Lovely knowledgeable caring checkup from vet and also caring calm treatment from nurse to clip claws.
Our cat is always a mournful nervous creature during vet visits but the Raynes park team always quickly deal with her skilfully. Such a relief!

We have been taking our cat Juno to the South Woodford branch for the last year and always find the vets and reception staff to be friendly, helpful, prompt on appointments and very caring for her.
We had her neutered, her vaccinations and all check ups here and are super happy with the service and pricing.

Been with Stonelions for ten years with my dog.Yesterday I brought an elderly friend's dog who had ear infection.the vet was brilliant, listened to.my opinions and was so kind to Daisy.As always excellent reception staff as well, always helpful. Can't recommend Goddard's enough as far as I'm concerned.

Tilly unfortunately is a dog that has chronic aliments and is frequently at the vets. Receptionists, nurses and 2 of the vets know her well and welcome her accordingly. Her care plan is well thought out and continuity in her care with reviews from vets that know her is very important to me. Tilly's care is expensive and certain costs seem somewhat inflated on occasions.

We were there & back in 40 minutes on a 30c day. Aircon in waiting room & surgery. My cat had a thorough check up and did not seem stressed despite her grand age of 19.
