I went to get my two young daughters kitted out with their first hiking boots. We were kindly served by Norman who efficiently got us sorted. It was great to talk to him about hiking with my young daughters. He has a real passion for the outdoors which was wonderful to hear about.

We had a great experience today
We had a great experience today, my husband wanted to purchase new waterproof walking boots. A lovely gentleman Norman kindly helped us choose the right pair and offered great advice re the boots and socks. He was very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Would definitely go back and love to be served by this kind assistant.

New walking boots
Visited to try on walking boots, Lou was very helpful and brought multiple pairs of boots for me to try for fit. I took over an hour trying boots and deciding, Lou was very patient and helpful the whole time whilst also dealing with several other customers also trying boots on. I am very happy with my new boots, Thank you Lou!

Superb however....we saw a cheap tent…
Superb however....we saw a cheap tent online, reduced from £65 to £17 to store our gear when camping. When we got to the store, they were priced at £30. We took one to the checkout and a lovely lady called Sue said it probably hadn't filtered through to the shop and honoured the online price. She was so nice with us.
Thoroughly recommend. Big-up the Sue!
