Went to the saltney branch yesterday and purchased three items, I was served by Alison F she sold me a membership card which took less than a minute which I might add saved me a lot of money for only five pounds, I saved more than that on each item. Thanks Alison F.

Very helpful sales assistant, Alison F, today. Managed to get everything I wanted under 1 roof - rucksack, waterproof jacket, mid-layer. Large spacious store. Ample parking. Well stocked with everything for enjoying the outdoors!

Good to see that they have had a refurb and brought back customer toilets! Went in boot shopping but there were very few staff in that section (one person rushing up and down), so you were basically left to it to try on.

Ethan was extremely helpful - took me around and helped me pick out suitable sleeping mat and bag based on when and where I was planning to camp. very knowledgeable on this and also helped with camping stoves.

Alison F was also very helpful on the till

Huge THANK YOU to Simon (deputy manager) who went above & beyond to sort out a situation that was not the fault of the Chester store. Bangor store sold us two left shoes in the box 🙈 … the comms with Bangor were beyond shocking… I’ll leave their review on their page … but Simon in Chester … he was absolutely fantastic in updating us on the situation and the stock & ensuring we got the correct footwear with as least stress as possible. Simon you are a credit to your store. Helpful, kind, professional & you went all out to help us resolve the situation. So thankful & will return to Chester store soon. Thank you 🙏🏼

Visited Chester store Friday 30th Jan.
My wife and I needed 4 items for our grandson's Duke of Edinburgh's expedition to be undertaken shortly.
We were met immediately having entered the store by a staff member who, asking if he could be of assistance,
accompanied us to the location of each item we required, provided expert advice on the product and then stored the items at checkout whilst we browsed further.
Superb service from an extremely helpful and knowledgeable young man.
Well done.

Was helped all the way through by Ethan moving all over store his knowledge of the product was excellent and advice will be greatly used.

Trish on the clothing department went above and beyond for me, brilliant service as always.

I went in to drop off a parcel using the EVRi facility at the Chester store. Dan (whose name I was given at the till on my way out) was such a polite and helpful young man. As a result of me saying I love it when buyers choose EVRi as Go Outdoors is perfect for me as I can walk there and even take my dog in, he went out of his way to give me some advice on the Vinted App that allowed me choose which drop off options to switch off so I could save time by only dropping off at Go Outdoors (EVRi). This will make such a difference to my already busy life and was something I had NO idea I could do.

It also increases the times I visit the store so that’s also good for your business as I’m usually tempted to buy something hehe!

Great shop, couldn't find what I was after but helped by Charlie, absolutely lovely gentlemen, knew his stuff and able to advise on all items I was after, thank you very much 5⭐

I found what I was looking for at a great price. I asked a member of staff for some advice, Declan, who was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Declan was very polite, efficient and acted as a excellent ambassador for Go Outdoors.
