Viv was friendly and lovely. She was such a nice person, very helpful too.

Great range of clothes and shoes. Assistants are helpful if you ask but they don’t pester the customers. Viv on the till was great - very jolly.

Isabelle was super helpful and knowledgeable on Sunday. I really appreciated her help.

I went into exchang a Rab jacket that I had purchased in October 2025 and the Logo on jacket was peeling off. The assistant, Viv, was wonderful. She assured the exchange of Jackets went threw seemlessly. Lovely lady. 😊

Great shop, with good stuff and reasonable prices. Viv (staff) was so helpful, but was also really lovely in her manner. Can’t praise her highly enough.

Lady on till was absolutely lovely. Very friendly, I noticed she welcomed everybody who come in the store.

I made a mistake with the size I brought so went straight back in the store and nothing was too much trouble. She just made the experience so much more enjoyable which was appreciated. Many staff in different shops nowadays can often see you as an inconvenience as they aren't friendly or sociable people.

I'm sure ask the other staff the this store are just as lovely but Viv was exceptionally friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Go Outdoors Cribbs Causeway thanks to Viv. Her customer service was exemplary—she went above and beyond for us and was so lovely with Pasha. She even shared that she has five boys herself, which made her interactions with him feel extra personal and caring.

Viv took the time to explain the benefits of the annual membership, which we signed up for, and also pointed out all the helpful resources for Duke of Edinburgh, which I hadn’t realized they offered. She made our visit enjoyable, informative, and very memorable.

In fact we also spoke to two members of staff upstairs who were super helpful too.

Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I was served by Ashley on checkout who was very polite and helpful.

Ashley on the checkout was very helpful, and we had a lovely staff member help us out when trying on walking boots. Very lovely shop and employees.

Today my visit was an absolute breeze. Samuel guided through the check out with ease and a cheeky smile, even imparting tips about using a water bottle as a foam roller - however, sadly Samuel, the true star of the show is our friend who helped me with the boots. I don't know his name, but he was a friendly gentleman with dark hair and he was not only as fast as lightening, but offered me professional advice and even gave me his opinion about the better brand, this removing my decision paralysis. So thanks team, it was an easy win today.

I was greeted by Viv at the door upon walking into the store. A lovely gesture I’ve found, not extended in most large stores. The store itself self was well stocked and reasonably priced. After finding what I was looking for I was greeted at the checkout by Viv, with a warm smile and friendly demeanour.
