Honie served me at the till. She enquired what I was using the Nik Wax for and I explained to wash and re waterproof my Barbour down jacket. I’ve used Nik Wax for years.
Despite I was buying the correct product, Honie suggested I buy Grangers wash & repel, Down 2 in 1 even though it was £2 more expensive.
I went with her recommendation and I have to say, it’s worked so much better than Nik Wax ever did.
So a big thank you to Honie. Professional, friendly and respectful.

Viv served me (and my two toddlers) at the check out and she was so patient when my loyalty card couldn't be found on the system. She empathised with my situation at that point single parenting and also kept cool when I realised I'd made her even the wrong two items. The kind man promoting will services helped me to calm my kids when they were kicking off. Very good experience and appreciate the amiable staff!

Went to the store to buy a pair of Berghaus waterproof trousers at a very good price. I was served by Viv at the till area who was friendly and very helpful in setting me up with a Club Members Card. Which aloud me to get more of a discount on my trousers.

I went to the Bristol Cribbs store to find a bike for my daughter. Jordan was the bike tech who had extensive knowledge of the bikes on offer and the business processes to order one not available in store. I spoke to him on the three occasions I visited the store and other staff and management deferred to his expertise. He helped me understand the configuration options available in store and elsewhere to help make the bike feel comfortable for someone between bike sizes. Jordan took ownership of a tricky ordering problem and followed through to purchase. Jordan was the reason I purchased through the store rather than a difficult online route. Top tech.

Good Service
All the assistants where pleasant polite and helpful. Ryan took me to the items I wished to purchase and then later helped me find the right size. Pedro (I might have his name wrong) spent a long time helping my husband find a top. Kieron was on check out and help us change are address. As pensioners we find it rare to receive such good service. All done!

Although there were few staff I wasn't kept waiting. They were helpful and efficient. Viv served me and was very friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant experience all round, as well as a good mdeal!

Well laid out clean and welcoming shop, once I had found what I wanted on approaching the till I found Rebecca waiting to serve me she was so helpful and welcoming I wish all shop assistants were like her it was my l pleasure to be served by her thank you Rebecca you made my day
